Any one know what this is all about?

Just wondering if any of you go a bit 'black' when you stand up?? I've had this happen to me in the past when not on LL, so not sure why it is. I don't know whether to describe it as dizziness, but as I get up I have to stand still for a moment until my vision clears, then I'm fine. I wondered if it was slight dehydration? It doesn't happen all the time and probably happens more in the evenings.

Incidentally, blood pressure has come down to 110/70 from 120/80 and pulse from over 90 to 69 when I had it monitored a few weeks ago, so it's not low blood pressure or anything.

It happens to me all the time, wouldn't have thought it was dehydration though. Will ask the nurse next week I think.

when you start up suddenly after having sat for a while thiscan happen if you are dehydrated, anaemic or also (low salt but too much water). But getting a standing and sitting BP at the GP's will help if you have excluded the above.
I am on the 3rd week now and must say I felt like that in the first week 10 days.

Don't think it's quite the same thing, but towards the end of foundation I would get a bit dizzy occasionally and lose my balance a little.
The LLC said this was because when you lose a lot of weight your centre of gravity changes and it takes you a while to get used to it and adjust.
Made sense to me and it doesn't happen any more.
