Any regular swimmers out there?

I've never been a natural swimmer or someone that particularly enjoys it, but on Saturday I went to a ladies wonly session & set myself a target, I swan 32 lengths in 33 minutes, which I was chuffed with. I'm going to try an Aquafit class tomorrow night which is 45 minutes. I was wondering if I were to do these both each week how soon would I see myself starting to tone? I follow SW so eat well & I do cardio at home a couple of times a week.

I don't know how quick the benefits of swimming alone show??
