I'm fast approaching my add a meal week, I'm doing ts. As I'm veggie would quorn be ok to eat? I eat no meat or fish and no animal products like gelatine or rennet but I do eat dairy. I know I'm aiming for 600kcal but what about carb content? Any number I should be aiming for there? I was thinking about quorn sausages (plain ones), quorn chicken pieces and green salad and green vegetables. Does this sound ok? I emailed exante and their response was a bit vague so thought I'd consult my oracles on here! Hope you can help me and hope you've all had a lovely week. I'm on half term now, I love being a teacher sometimes!
