I made the Stuff Pork wrapped in bacon yesterday. Really yummy. Th only change I made to the recipe was that I drained the excess liquid from the stuffing mixture after I cooked the mushrooms with the onions. It was a bit watery so drained off this excess liquid before I added the egg to bind the stuffing mixture together.
Also made the Bailey's cheescake. Also very yummy, but it did not set as well as in the picture, but it made little difference to the end result!

Had the Vegetable tart tonight, i was only making it for me, so it ended up being the veg mix in a dish with the 1 sheet of filo scrunched up on the top, tasted just the same...lol was good. not sure i'd have it for a xmas dinner though.

Haven't tried it yet but looks like it would be OK, although I think might be a bit sweet for me (the reason I don't like tomato soup!). If I can find some raw beetroot might give it a go, although the beetroot my local greengrocer sells are always cooked.
