Step2 810kcal Anyone done step 1 and then moved to step 2 and gained?

hello,

has anyone done step 1 and lost 3 stones and now moved to step 2 and I have gained 1.5pounds, I only eat red foods such as lentils, butter beans, and chickpeas? (I'm vegetarian and don't like quorn or tofu) It's really starting to upset me, I have only been on step 2 for 4 days. Any advice anyone? or can anyone explain what's happening here? thanks

Hey Fed up,

I think that's normal at first, hence why you lose a little more knowing that will happen. Your body has been having few calories and is just grabbing the extra you're having. It should settle in a week or so or possibly by now. The key is stick to low carb as much as possible. Butter beans are high in carbs too, they're very potatoy so best to stay away if you can.
