Anyone else giving up something for Lent?

I am sort of doing OK.

So far I have had one day where I did not hit my exercise target.

No chocolate since last Tuesday

Staying within calorie allowance ~ even if I did eat a few of my extra (over 200 calories worth) exercise calories.

So a slight wobble but no major damage so far....

This all could change on Friday when I am going to a village opub and having a meal there ~ they do homemade food so no clue as to the calories ~ but my aim is to enjoy every mouthful and blow the calories!

In a wee while I'll be taking Pickle out for her major walk.... I keep plodding!

Still no bread for me lost count of the days though, it is very hard especially when working because a butty is so easy to eat on the run.
