Anyone elses pounds shedding slowly?

Hi all, so I've been dieting since January and just recently joined SW, I've lost 2st since January and now my weight loss is slowing down majorly (1lb/week, 0.5lb/week). Any suggestions on how to increase my weight loss? Determined to get into the 11st bracket before September. (Currently 12.7st). I'm also sticking to the plan 100% and doing a good bit of exercise such as horse riding and swimming/aquafit.

Hi! I hope you've had some decent results you are happy with :)

My consultant reminded everyone that you can do SP meals to boost the weight loss, even if you can't commit to a whole day. If you haven't already, try an SP meal here or there, or even one SP day a week.
