Hi all, so I've been dieting since January and just recently joined SW, I've lost 2st since January and now my weight loss is slowing down majorly (1lb/week, 0.5lb/week). Any suggestions on how to increase my weight loss? Determined to get into the 11st bracket before September. (Currently 12.7st). I'm also sticking to the plan 100% and doing a good bit of exercise such as horse riding and swimming/aquafit.
