Anyone fancy an exercise challenge?

    I found a nice lady on YouTube called Joanna Soh, and she has a video of a squat challenge to a song (Flower, by Moby). It's only 3 and a half minutes long, but it's so hard! I've been doing it three days now. Day one I managed just over a minute, day two I got to a minute and a half, then did another minute and a half later on, today I did the whole thing, yay!

    My plan is to do it every day for 3 weeks, then after that I want to continue to do it every day but also her her arms and shoulders exercise video for 3 weeks.

    I'm going to allocate a pound for every workout I do, so that'll be £21 for the first three weeks and then an additional £42 for the next, and I'm going to spend that money on something nice. Maybe spending money in Paris or maybe getting my hair done, we'll see.

    After that, I'm going to attempt the 30 Day Shred, but I'm not too keen on doing that while in ketosis without building up some muscle first, it'll kill me!

    Anyone want to join me in my challenge?
