Isnt it miserable today? Good news though, today is the first day I've woke without any sinus pain or cold in 3 weeks!! Looked in the mirror this morning and got a shock to see the wobble jelly is back around my middle, suppose 3 weeks off training does that to you. So out comes the tape measure today just so I can see it working and not just going by my weight!

I am going to do the same..last time I measured and was excercising I didn't see change in inches or scales but think I really need to up the excercise to notice difference...good luck

For the main part of being on slimming world I've not done much exercise at all. At the beginning of this year I've started running and weights - really seen a difference in inches and tone. Would definitely recommend upping the exercise for more results - though I stress that I still lost weight without it, my losses were bigger with it :) x

I seem to be at a stand still with my weight so need to do something rather than moaning about it and giving myself reasons to go off plan. Do you all have food diaries on here I could look at?

Happy Monday! I'm in at work extra early today - never mind, only two more days and then I'm on holiday!!!
Walked so much yesterday - around 12 miles. I'm really aching today! I love walking, I tend to speed walk. Unfortunately, we did stop at the pub, so I expect that I'm over syns now. Oh well, life is for living!!
Three days of being extra good, so fingers crossed for Thursday!
More walking tonight - I dont think that the dog knows what has hit her right now :).

I seem to be at a stand still with my weight so need to do something rather than moaning about it and giving myself reasons to go off plan. Do you all have food diaries on here I could look at?

Do you have much to lose & how tall are you? Do you follow SW to the letter & keep a diary?
 
Even tho I buy the SW mag every month I dont think I've ever made a recipe out of it, but this month there are quite a few quite scrummy ones. Im going to try the veggie burgers on thursday & will get the ingredients today to make the strawberry mousse. I will omit the biscuit base as toooo many syns! Has anyone tried anything out of the new mag yet? x

We have fish & chips occasionally, but normally just cook the fish in a tin foil bag with lemon. A lovely side to have with it is 'mushy peas'......cook your peas & put into a liquidiser with some mint sauce & creme fraiche/greek yoghurt, mix to together & serve.....yum! Are you having the meatballs this week? x

Are you girls all on Easter leave this week? DH was supposed to be, but has had to work so will take it at a later date.....good job we had no plans! He's working from a local office, so at least he's home every night, so a bit of a bonus.....& he's looking forward to the veggie burgers! Im very lucky he loves my food on SW! x

I'm not off :-( wish I was though, 2 short weeks though is a bonus isn't it.

Need some super foods in me this week... Think I'll make the veggie burgers, they do look sooo yummy don't they x

Thats a shame, but as you say a short 2 weeks! What is your meal plan for this week? x
 
I'm supposed to be off, but working mornings at a kids sports and arts play scheme for some extra pennies :)

Well tonight I'm planning on either meatballs or spag bol.

Tuesday I'm thinking diet coke chicken.

Thursday I was thinking since I'm going out I can always have the fish and take the batter off and order a side of veggies, it comes with mushy peas anyway.

Friday.... Hmm with it being good friday and being off work I can cook something in the slow cooker or i have some cod and i might attempt a run!

Might swap tonight and tomorrows meals around but not sure yet.

Trying to do as many red days as possible to boost the weight loss for Saturday :)

Sounds like a good meal plan, just add lots of SF veggies with them & Im sure you will have fab results on Saturday. The only thing on thursday with the fish & mushy peas, if your having a red day you will have to have the peas as a HexB or have a EE day x
 
I'm having homemade pizza tonight (loads of veg on top of a 7 syn wrap and then bung in the oven) with butternut squash chips. Tomorrow I'm cooking the sticky turkey thingy from the all in one cook book. No idea about Wednesday as I'm out and then Thursday we're off to the lake district so food might be a bit off plan but hopefully lots of body magic to counteract!!

Meatballs sound lovely. Will defo give them a try :)

Love sharing the recipes with you ladies - makes me get organised!
 
And you could always ask for them to swap the chips for a jacket? X
