Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

I'm having homemade pizza tonight (loads of veg on top of a 7 syn wrap and then bung in the oven) with butternut squash chips. Tomorrow I'm cooking the sticky turkey thingy from the all in one cook book. No idea about Wednesday as I'm out and then Thursday we're off to the lake district so food might be a bit off plan but hopefully lots of body magic to counteract!!

Meatballs sound lovely. Will defo give them a try :)

Love sharing the recipes with you ladies - makes me get organised!

Have you tried pizza with the cheese scone mix? I did it a couple of weeks ago & was pretty special! I made a huge tray as 1 packet of Smash gave me that much & I could only eat a 1/4 of it, it was that filling!
Ooh I love the Lake District. We hired a cottage a few years ago & we went up Scafell......was pooped! Where abouts are you going? x

Walking is a great exercise, I know when I was training for The Moonwalk I toned right up! x

Glad the nasty old sinus problem better & well done on the measurements, Im sure when you start again they will start flying off! x

Do you have much to lose & how tall are you? Do you follow SW to the letter & keep a diary?

I am 5ft (just) and 8st 10lb. Pre baby I was between 8'2 and 8'6 so half a stone is my goal. I am going to start back on plan once I have did a meal plan. Am quite lazy with the third superfree so thinkin of tryin green days but to watch my portion size. Would like to try red as it prob suit me more but it all gets confusing so will have a look at some of your diarys.things like what to have with Spag bol confuses me etc

You may find because you are so near to target it may take time to shift the last few pounds! What confuses you about Red days? With Spag Bol, just add lots of SF veg in with the sauce........tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, carrots & you would need to have the pasta as a HexB or Syn it. If you want to post a meal plan I can always have a look at it for you & give you some advice x

Morning all. I just got up. Had an awful night up n down again but fingers crossed my tummy seems to have settled. I also woke up to this.....(see pics) dunno how she got up stairs little monkey!
Weigh in day today. Very nervous as my tummy has been really swollen so will have to see but I have been extra good!

Ooh no I haven't tried that - sounds yummy! Will look for the recipe. Good to save some syns as the wraps are high but I do love pizza. Thanks v much for the suggestion.

Me too! It's one of my fav places. We're staying between Ambleside and Windermere. Very excited and we're staying in a lodge so will do some cooking - hopefully not too much diet damage although it is a break and think we both really need one.

Have u got any nice plans? Can't believe snow is forecast - its still sunny here (London)

Oo I also have a question...can tongues bruise?

Anywhere that has blood near the surface of the skin can bruise, yep! At least I think so... X

Good luck with WI - fingers crossed for you!

I only do Red days - have done these since I first joined SW in Jan 2010 - I lost 5 stone in 5 months! It works for me as I love meat and salad - perfect combination. I can see that it could be quite difficult for some though.
Going to have left over BBQ food tonight (homemade burgers) with syn free BBQ sauce, syn free onion chutney and homemade salsa - yum! x

Has it swollen up now then? When I had my nose pierced it was fine for a few days and then WHAM it swelled like someone had punched me in the face!

I've noticed that since my belly has shrunk, my belly bar is too big and keeps jangling around but I've never changed it and am too scared I won't get a new one in! X

:-I just had another shock to shake up my week... I have vouchers to use at the hungry horse chain of pub £20s worth and they have to be used by tomorrow!!!!

Does hungry horse do any sw friendly food?

They used to but they now have a new menu. But like I was to Kim about last night, its a lifestyle change, things will crop up. I'd love to be at target for the wedding on the jubelee week but as long as I'm down to 9st by then I'll be happy. Just 7lbs :)

Nikki, you can have a jacket potato with tuna? Or steak with jacket potato?

I'm feeling horribly bloated today and so sluggish! Realised that I hate not being on plan. Spoke to OH about coming up with a meal plan for the week and said that I would really appreciate his input for some ideas - and he seems happy enough with that! :) I think it's cause I'm asking for him to help rather than telling him "you will eat what you're given" haha! Luckily, most meals can be made SW friendly :)

Can't stay at WI this week, and tbh, I'm considering not going this time. At least that way I have a hope of a loss the week after if I get back on it tomorrow!

How is everyone's day going? Mine's going quite slowly, but I'm looking forward to the long weekend :) xoxo

I know how feel Hun. I felt mega sluggish yesterday and this morning.... But I've had pineapple, yog, tuna an crisp breads and feel so much better :)

Not feeling too positive about this week at all. I might make some smoothies... I know it's not SW but it kick starts my body and gives me my vitamins :)
