Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

The only food diary I keep is on my laptop I'm afraid.

Yep, it's pretty much what I was expecting. I am so so pleased that I am still in the 9's, I will be back to normal next week :)

Pffft! Probably water retention from all the salt etc!!! Was it worth???? Its done now, that week never to be seen again & on a positive note thats still a 2lb loss over the last 2 weeks which is brilliant. Im lucky if I get that on a good 2 weeks, so you're doing ok chick x

I did feel crap, don't get me wrong. But I had an awesome week with my friends, and I haven't had that for a long time. Therefore = worth it :)

I told OH about the diet coke chicken and he wasn't keen! I said I'd try it and if we didn't like it, we know not to make it again!

I have never been do happy to annouce that i gained 1lb! I'm still in the 9s and it turned out a lot better than i thought. I have to lose 2lb for our mini challenge =)

Bit disappointed tonight. We got takeaway - OH had pizza and I got what I thought would be a healthy chicken shish kebab. How wrong I was! Ordered it with salad and unfortunately they didn't do wholemeal pittas. The chicken was yummy, but there was so much oil. The veg was all brown and soggy and don't even get me started on the pitta! I ate the chicken, a couple of bits of the salad and threw the rest away - gutted, cause I was really looking forward to it. Even though I barely ate any, my stomach already hates me - don't remember the last time I had oil.

Now sitting here with a bag of grapes, watching hubby tuck into his giant, delicious smelling pizza.

I've planned for 47 syns this week, so it won't have impacted my weight loss (I don't think)..

I so wish that I could run. I ruptured my cruciate ligament in my knee in Jan 10. it has only been in the last 6months that I got the full range of movement back and the swelling stopped. I love walking with a passion. I am thinking of entering the moonlit walk next year so that I will have another target to aim for. X

That's a great way to tone. I was training for the London moonwalk & then my neck went, so was rather annoyed at that! X

Annie how can you survive on so little syns? I need my chocolate fix at night & all the other little extras like mayo it soon mounts up...don't deprive yourself. Are you back on plan tomorrow ? X
 
Just had another thought - not using it as an excuse at all, but the medication I started on Friday could have something to do with my gain as well (although I'm not denying I ate a lot of food). Two of the (many) side effects listed are bloating and weight gain - typical! :/

I don't like mayo and most other condiments! I like ketchup and BBQ sauce and that's about it, but I don't have them often. I like quite plain food :)

I find that if I plan for a few less syns (it's still around 7 per day), then if I really, really fancy something, I usually have a few syns in hand.

I was back on plan the moment I stepped off the scales! x

Its unlikely to be the actual drug that causes the weight gain unfortunately, but it may increase the appetite & the bloating may be from gas!!! Sorry about that!!! Hands up,it was the chocolates fault!!! X

Durrr, course it is so my club 10 will be 14.7lbs is that right?x
 
Yep, so your Club 10 weight would be 136.5lbs :)
