Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Welcome! Wow you are almost out of the 9s already well done you. My target at the moment is 9st 4lb but will see how I feel when I get there and lower it to 9st or maybe the magical 119 club! I only do green days as I'm veggie, means my losses are quite slow as I still eat quite big portions and lots of carbs but the numbers are still going down and still using my full syns so don't feel deprived, slow & steady is fine by me :) x
 
I lost 2.5 stone following ee then hit a plateu so now i'm doing red. Which is difficult as not a lot of carbs but it seems to have kicked started it again.
I hate been short. We need to lose so much more to be considered healthy! When I tell people my weight they sag o don't loose much more but i'm not even in a healthy bmi yet!

I mainly follow red & have a few green & EE in, just depends what I fancy unless I've been super organised. & do weekly meal plan
 
I think it's only slowing down because i feel i can be more cheeky with my food haha. So it's my own fault, when 100% on plan i can still lose upto 3.5lbs. I was following just EE until recently when i've been throwing in a lot of green days. Which plan do you follow?

I follow red and green because when i started slimming world the first time round extra easy hadnt come out yet and theres not many veg i like, even when im 100% the most ive managed recently is 2lb loss and i think thats on because previous weeks id gained bt nvm hey, ill get there when i get there i suppose lol

I too still eat big portions but usually only for tea now, more or less having my full syns every day sometimes over oops , i know im doing well im just impatient and want to get there now lol

I've never had anyone tell me not to lose much more... Ah well =P. Being short has a lot of disadvantages, but I prefer to call myself "funsize" to make me feel better about it haha

What sort of things do you eat on red? Do you make your own meals from scratch alot? i usually have pre prepared things on my red days like the Morrisons lamb shanks you can do in the microwave or things from koes sausages as i dont have time to prepare any thing except on weekends, im not very organised.

I think it's because i've dropped from a 16 to a 10 and mainly it's my sil who gave up sw at Christmas even tho she has some left to lose so I think it's more jealousy n trying to get me off track!

Yes I do tend to cook from scratch & have chicken, homemade burgers, steak, sausages, stirfrys, currys .....the list is endless!

wish i had time to do all that, might get organised seen as its bank holiday and freeze some stuff :)

Welcome hun :) my names Nikki and I'm 23. Weigh 9st 7.5lb at the moment, got down to 9st 2 in jan and stayed around 9st 4 for weeks and then end offer went on holiday :-( then been poorly for 4 weeks lol so struggling now.

Welcomeee! I'm Annie, 23, weigh 9st 11 (ish) and want to get to 8st 7. I used to follow only EE, but now try to mix them up a bit xo

The horrendous stomach pains r back :-( no sleep for me tonight!
