Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Night ladies. Hope everyone has had a good one. I cooked the pork meatballs which were scrummy - feeling in a picky mood now though which is why I am off to bed ;)

Going to hopefully drag myself out of bed early for a run - been a bit rubbish this week xx

Boohoo can't find them anywhere! Trouble is I'm a very spoilt girl as DH makes the best ever raspberry bakewell in the world! He's famous for it amongst friends & family & when I hit target he's promised to make me one x

I found them in adds our tesco doesn't have them, liking the sound of hubby's bakewell I love it what a lovely treat that will be mmmm x

My baby is two and a bit so not quite a baby lol...any excuse to keep him a baby. I have 30 day shred and know what talking about. Not did it in few weeks but going to try do it in the morn before work. Not sure how realistic this will be...does anyone else excercise first thing? Do you eat beforehand and if not do you not get all shaky? Was thinkin maybe coffee before I do it would help the shakes since it would be long time since last meal. Thanks for all the welcomes x

I do the shred first thing too, need to get back on it as well do love it, I just make sure I've got a juice to have during it, but I prefer to exercise on an empty stomach, maybe have a bit of bannana just before you start x

meatballs sound nice have you got recipe to share pls looking for new ideas
Have a good run in the morning can't wait to get back running missing it now but my knee is still sore today after just a short walk :-( x

I'm sure you've told us but what's wrong with the knee?
I know I'm biased but the bakewell is the best thing I've ever tasted....I wish I could patent it & sell it....marrying a chef was certainly not good for my waistline as I was 7st 10lbs when we met! X

I injured it training for the half marathon, maybe I only said on my diary and not on here, sorry. I had physio before the race, but not gone back since, it's so expensive. I'm just resting it but it will be 4 weeks Sunday and it's still going stiff so maybe I will need to go back and let him have a look at it. Might try a short run this weekend see how far I get ?

Morning ladies! Had a lovely night drinking with friends to celebrate and didn't go crazy overboard :) woohoo! Avoided the champers as I don't like it and the bar had my favourite rum so had that instead with diet coke :) all in 3 rums and 3 cosmopolitan cocktails obviously they will be quite high in syns but so yummy we moved on to a cheaper bar after the first drink so midweek the cosmos are only £1.99 :) had big bowl of pasta before I went out so when they all had a meal I didn't feel deprived and could enjoy my drinks! Didn't use any other syns yesterday and planning on staying low today so hopefully I might still lose a bit of that mega gain I had from the weekend! X

Omg yes! There's a club in Huddersfield that does 90s nights. 90p in, 90p a drink and 90s music. Amazing nights, dancing around to bewitched and five!

Cant you get a referall from your GP to an NHS physio? I got seen within 2 weeks from mine! I've seen private physio's before & like you said, very expensive. 4 weeks isn't a long time to heal, maybe rest up for a while longer. Do you take anti inflammatories or use a heat pack? Thats why I gave up running, a poorly knee & ended up having 2 surgeries on it! x
