Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Been to weigh in- 0.5lb on. Thats fine, I know my body so well and know its water retention as I'm ovulating..and am I the only one to retain water mid cycle rather than just before period starts?? I've definately got a pattern and I have my best losses the 2 weeks after ovulation! XXX

Nope I have noticed with my cycle I gain while ovulating not when Im on or due on, random!!
 
.............which would explain why I gained half this week!!! Just checked my ovulation calculator and im ovulating on thursday so thats why. :-D
 
Thanks very much for the message. You're right about it all getting on top of me - if I break each one down none of it is too bad. I pay for my pt monthly and have quite a few sessions saved up as I hurt my back and couldn't exercise for a month but am going to use those up and then cancel it. She does my measurements once a month and Although there has been progress it's ridiculously slow and my thighs are actually bigger!

I know what u mean about group. I am going to go this week as not sure whether I'm just in a negative mindset about everything but will seriously think about going it alone once I'm back from the states.

I reckon if your thighs are bigger, its coz your thigh muscles are toned, but can understand why you dont want to pay anymore!
Yep, see how you feel when you get back from your travels as you may feel differently then......personally I would rather save the £5 each week & treat myself once Im at target, but it all depends what you get from group & if its beneficial to your weight loss x
 
Not sure if I mentioned it on here, know I did on my diary but you're not all on there. Tesco sell chocolate tea, if you like tea you must try it! Not overly chocolatey more vanilla with a hint of chocolate. It's a lot like the Teapigs chocolate tea that I love but that is nearly a fiver for 15 and Tescos is £1.79 for 50!! Good if you have a sweet tooth like me and syn free :) x

That just sounds so wrong! But before I gob off too much I will try it! Just be warned I may be asking you for your address so I can post them onto you if they're ooookie!!! x

When I'm ovulating I always feel so bloated. Just tried on my Jeans n ma bellys over top of it, it look ok before lol. Least I know it will be gone by weekend!

Finally settled down in the hotel (media city in Manchester) and read through today's posts.
I'm so sorry that some of you are having difficult times. I'm really sorry if I miss someone else, but it's hard doing this on the phone!

Lynica. So sorry about your back. I do hope that you are feeling more comfortable
Emma. I understand your frustrations. We're all different, so if group no longer works for you....alternatively, as Kim suggests call target, even if it is for a few weeks. Taking the pressure off may be all you need.
Vicky. Hope you got some money? That must be dreadful.

Ive been to the gym here and completed 45 mins power walk on the treadmill. Built up quite a sweat. Going to 'cheat' day 5 of the shred tomorrow with a weights workout (following the DVD) and 40mins on the exercise bike. All followed by a days conference and another 4 hour train journey home! Roll on Friday nights glass or 2 of wine!

Going to watch supersize v superskinny now and then try and sleep! X

Yer things were looking bad but sorted a bit out till payday!

Sounds good bout gym. I'm signing up next week to a gym n gunna go with my mum so should be fun :)

Haha Im the same! DH alarm goes off & I go back to the land of nod til 9ish! We tend to come to bed early as he gets up early so I catch up here & then read my kindle. Just started season 3 of The Tudors & king Henry a bad man! Still looking good tho!!! X

Me too! It's too long a day when you don't have work to fill your time so I set my alarm for 8 then usually read or browse minimins on my phone for an hour or so before deciding to get up :) love it will be sad when I have to get up at 6am for work again! Heard good things but never seen the Tudors might give it a try, never watched so many tv shows in my life as the past few months while off work injured, it helps break up the day a bit :) x
 
I try not to watch too much tv during the day but just have 1day to catch up on progs DH refuses to watch like Desperate Housewives, Vampire Diaries etc. Otherwise I wouldn't move & do boring house stuff. X

Sounds like a good day ;-) I use it as a reward for doing tasks around the house so clean a room then watch an episode, have a go on exercise bike then watch another. Hate being so lazy but can't walk too far yet so what I can do during the day is still quite limited, cooking is good I guess I should look for new recipes to try! X
 
Cooking is a great hobby & I love trying out new recipes SW friendly of course!
Off to sleep now...night x
