Just had a rough weekend and think my tablets were making me more hungry and then * week made me crave everything and unfortunately I ate it all.... Pizza hut, cake, Chinese, crisps(big bags!), wine, vodka.... Last tablet was yesterday and so I've reset everything on my app weighed myself today, got a journal to write all my food and exercise down in.
I love ww and hoping for 2lb a week losses for the next 7 weeks xxx

Im same cept im ovulating and craving everything. My body is mental!!! Trying to resist though and eating bananas as ive been told these have the same endorphine(??) in as chocolate and that seems to help.
I would love 2lbs a week loses!!!
