Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Awe wee soul. Loads of attention for her tonight.
I do enjoy the shred and love the shortness of it, just wasn't enjoying level two as much tho prob cos it didn't seem to get any easier...ha excuses. No do enjoy it, just dread thought of doing anything other than sleep tonight.
Tryin to work out what sort of eating plan am on today...just want stodge but tryin find inspiration in cupboards x
,

She is very precious to us & does tend to get a lot of attention at the best of times! Have no small humans as both big humans now (step children), so have a cat & dog, both loved to bits!
Glad you enjoy the Shred, so why dont you start from the beginning & make sure you do it daily. How much more do you want to lose, is it til 8st 3lbs?
What plan did you have yesterday? Stodge, why not have SW chips & 'fried' eggs! x

I can imagine Kim, we had a king Charles who we adored and miss very much. Let's say the grand children came along at right time as it would have been worse.
Yesterday was a "dunno" day. Where I was good and within syns apart from my cornflakes.
To be honest am at the stage where I am eating better than I have ever done, lots bad habits gone so am toyin with idea of sticking to plan but if I Need Extra milk and have used my healthy Extra then I don't need worry. Rubbish example I know but hope you know what I mean?

Poor Charlie girl feeling very sorry for herself. She's obviously not feeling too bad as she's just scoffed a load of rice & scrambled eggs & is looking for more food! X

I went to WI and glad I did, lost 2lbs :)

won't be able to make next week as its on Tuesday despite the bank holiday, but I'm happy with that, will be back the following week! Going to try and keep syns low for the rest of this week and next week and will be off plan while in Scarborough

Well done, that is amazing. Are you not at target? Do you just want lose some more?

Aghhhhh looking at the stats for 100% challenge and I need to hope I don't gain after Scarborough.... I'm the only one with a gain from starting....at least its .5 now instead of 2.5 I suppose

I'm in my target range, but would like to get just below my target if possible (target is 9, I'm 9 stone 1/2 lb now, but really want to get in the 8's, possibly 8 stone 12 if I can) considering whether to lower it to 8 and a half, but won't decide that for a good few months whether I'll do that or not, have to see how I feel after maintaining for a while

Oh that's how I feel about the chocolate just now. Managed to resist but ripple sounds very appealing. Only have curly wurly so that will need to do later
How Are you enjoying ww?

Awwww kim, poor Charlie!

I'm pleased to report I have been to a group n lost half! Which after the amount I drunk on sat n 3 days off plan is blumming amazing.

Yesterday 100% red day 6 syns 1 hexb 2 hexa. Need to get back into my exercise x

Well done to everyone that has had a loss.

Vic - that's exciting that your team won, you back living with OH? Hope everything is well x

Kim- aww poor wee doggy hope she is ok and getting lots of cuddles! x

Laura - have a fab time on holiday/wedding and hurry back so we can see pics of you looking fab in your dress ;) x

Nikki - do whatever works for you if the cost of going to group helps you stick to plan then it might be cheaper than takeaways and nights out, or if you try to do it alone you know we are all here for you x

Deb - enjoying ww but missing sw too, another girl on here who's diary I follow is giving sw a try for the first time and talking about all the free foods and HE made me realise just how much I love sw! Still wanting to give ww a fair trial so sticking at it for now but will be great to come back to all those free foods especially missing all the veggie sausages/burgers being low in syns and bizarrely miss savoury rice as can only have brown rice on simply filling! Love having wraps though just had veggie fajitas for dinner which I rarely had on sw as I grudged using syns on wraps how silly?! Think that when I come back to sw (which being honest with myself I think will happen) I will be naughty and have wholemeal bagels and wraps as HEB and not feel bad about it ;-) oh and smoothies too! x

Glad your enjoying ww, although listening to you speak I'm even more glad I've never tried ww as it sounds like both sw and ww have really good points and I don't think I'd be able to choose over the two. Luckily I love sw so don't need to try anything else...at least not at the moment

Well done :)

I really need to get back to my exercise...but had my pains in my stomach again walking back from asda, not really bad but I don't want to make them even worse by doing something like the shred again. Going to have to try and just do more walking ect. until I've had all my scans...I wonder if it is that cyst causing me the pains

How Are you enjoying ww?

For once in my life I'm not craving chocolate, first time I can ever remember though lol

really enjoying my alcohol free shandy at the moment. It's still really warm here though, my choc cravings will probably reappear tomorrow when its cooled down!

only had 3.5 syns today (well will have only had them once I've finished my drinks) and I still have both HEX's left.... I've got some ice-cream I'm attempting to make in the freezer, not sure what it will turn out like, I got it from the new dessert book (looked through it at group) but mine will be syn free as I didn't have cream or the biscuits in so its basically fat free fromage frai, sweetener, almond essence and chopped cherries...really hope it turns out as I love almonds and cherries.

Can see me not having the syns or HEX's today, but depends how I feel, later on I might suddenly get hungry

At the moment Yer. We r giving it till Friday but I cant see wha can change to be honest. What's a relationship without passion?

I hope you can work it out, although I don't know what to suggest to help, it sounds a bit odd but have you looked online to see if there are any tips for getting the spark back?

Hi,
I know that I'm not here much anymore, but couldn't just read and run.
It's really tough being in your situation. I'm on hubby no2.
I can vividly remember the end of relationship no1 (youngest son was 2 weeks old and I'd just had a caesarean with a 22mth old toddler and no family close :-( ). Anyway...I loved him with a passion, well, I thought I did.
The split was hard, but I came out the other end and met my lovely man 2 years later.
I avoided him like the plague! Not my type and to start with, I just wasn't sure. It was a real slow burner.
What I've realised is that we have moments of passion, moments of being stuck on the treadmill of life and moments of "I really dislike you". But, I think that is what a real relationship is all about. And, I couldn't be happier.
Whatever you may feel about the bad parts of a potential split (such as your ss), if you or oh are not committed to your relationship then it will always be a challenge.
I am so sorry if I may have offended you, but you seem so warm and have a whole life in front of you. I just wanted to say that around every corner is something new and positive.
Hugs. X

Thanks that does make a lot of sense.
I'm going to my mums tonight but he wants me to leave my puppy. I don't think I could be without her.

Thanks for all your kind words for Charlie. She's fine albeit in a very bad mood & making us feel very guilty!

Deb would you rather come out of the challenge as there's no pressure to stay in at all x

Vicky I really hope you can get things sorted & Shelled had some wise words there x
Well done on your loss especially with a few days off plan.....me jealous! X

Great loss there Donna all your hard work with low syns really paid off x

Aww Vic hopefully a bit of time apart to think it all through will help a little. Huge well done for losing weight through it all too. *hugs* Admitting when a relationship is over is the hardest thing ever, we all have our ups and downs with them and it can be difficult to judge at what point it stops being worth trying to save it. Hope you get something sorted soon and get your doggy back!! xx

Deb did you say you have Grandchildren???!!! X

Sorry....our wee dog was the family dog so when he passed my mum was left on her own so the grand kids were a good distraction. Just re read that oopps
I like doing the challenge Kim but was getting myself in a muddle today as I didn't know what plan I was following..can anyone help me work it out?
1xwholemeal bread with 2 slices wafer thin ham (he)
WW yoghurt

Salad...lettuce, spring onion, tomato, cucumber, 30g cheese (he) coleslaw 3 syns approx 6 slices wafer thin ham

Apple

Pasta n sauce using 125ml milk with 2xslice wholemeal toast

Curly Wurly
Monster munch

Can this be a green day using bread as healthy Extra as they only weigh 40g.per slice but we are allowed 60g? Using my milk and cheese and then remaining healthy Extra for my cold meat?
Am I best using it as Extra easy day and syn the milk and bread?
Days like this confuse me...know its long winded and am not overly concerned what type of day it is as I will need re focus tom

Finally did level three of shred...actually prefer it to level two and it flew in so much I watched it again once i did it to make sure I did it all haha yay...sorry am going on and on x
