I really wanted to go for a run today but it was freezing and rush so lots of people about. Being cold is a definite pet peeve of mine and it put me off straight away. OH would rather use a treadmill that go for a run, and I definitely would use it daily unless the weather is good! I'd be much more motivated to jump on the treadmill in the garage with no slap on and messy hair than head out into public :p

Aahh, a fairweather runner! My DH would be slapping your legs & pushing you out the door....stupid boy goes out in all weather! X

Annie. Just think about how proud you are about YOUR weightless and how much more confident YOU are right now! I'm sure you have some super sexy and gorgeous outfits ;-) they'll be lots of girls out there who are jealous of you hun , your gorgeous, so enjoy yourself and embrace your new sexiness and confidence.

Xxx

I'm going to go through my wardrobe tomorrow - I must have something I can wear! She just makes it seem so effortless, something that doesn't come easy to me!

I haven't tried it with anything else, I might have amaretto and diet coke - tastes like Dr Pepper!

I can only just squeeze into mine - my hips are 40 inches!!

I can't have a whole day off plan, my self control would fall apart!

I'm sure you'll find something hidden in the wardrobe that you couldn't fit into & now you can!
That's why I just have the whole day off plan as I know my self control goes pear shaped...it just takes the pressure off & I do it so rarely now. X

I'm from notts!

I'm a vodka lime and soda girl at home but you can never guesstimate the syns in the line when our can you.

I frigging love Notts! I'm doing a charity skydive there in July x

How many syns are in lime cordial? Or do you mean a slice of lime?

LOL! Please don't tell me you put your slap on to go out for a run?! At least cycling I can put my helmet on so no one sees my bedhead ! X

Haha, no I definitely don't! I'd just be more likely to hop on the treadmill than go outside if I was looking crap or had bed hair!

I'm sure you'll look great in whatever you decide to wear - beauty and looking good has a lot to do with how you feel about yourself and your body language. Make sure you feel comfortable and confident and you'll look and feel gorgeous :)

Ooo charliemm! I see your from Derby! I'm from notts! Totally agree in the treadmill front (ahem i drive to the gym just to jump on the treadmill lol) can't stand running in the cold my chest hurts like hell.

Kim hope you have fab night tomorrow on the voddies hehe I'm a vodka lime and soda girl at home but you can never guesstimate the syns in the line when our can you.

So tonight I've totally pigged out but had a fan-Daby-dozy evening and super looking forward to tomorrow!

I lived in Notts for 3 years while I was at uni :) I still go back to visit friends and stock up on tea from my favourite tea shop :) I used to go to the gym for the treadmill but it's a crappy little portakabin and has really lousy opening times!

Thank you sweetie. My brain still thinks I'm a 14, in my mind there will always be someone thinner/prettier/sexier than me and I don't know if that's something I can ever get over x

I'm going to give it my best shot and fingers crossed on the outfit!

Sounds as tho you're having a great weekend & thanks we're looking forward to catching up with my brother as its been ages x

I think we all feel the same about our bodies when we lose weight, as in we still see the 'chubby' girl in the mirror & think you're right Charlie, its how we are on the inside. So lets strut our stuff tomorrow girls! X

Felt very much like a nervous child this morning, kept waking up excited to see what the scales would say :)

Well, despite an appetite for ham and chocs (I must have had it under control) for the last few days - I've lost 1.25lbs which brings me to 8 stone 10.25! Am so pleased that sticking to plan and running have made such a difference so close to target, I would have been happy with half a lb!

Measurements to follow when I have actually made it out of bed!

Measurement wise, I have lost a tiny bit off my arms and thighs - definitely the places that need it! :)

Well done Charlie! You're only 3lbs away from target!! Bet you're feeling fab. Was it worth not weighing everyday?

Now about to go home and go out for a run :)

I was very excited this morning as I felt as though I'd lost something. It was a nice surprise not knowing all week :) whereas before I'd have had a sneak preview or perhaps even not showing a loss and would have felt disappointed. Scales are back in the airing cupboard :)

Must admit that I didn't go for my planned run this morning - was grey and miserable and I wanted a lie in :)

The promise of getting a treadmill later means that hopefully I can have a whizz on it this afternoon!
