My iPhone isn't though :p

It was hard enough to drag myself into work this morning! Can't wait to buy a treadmill - hoping its a take home today jobbie because I'm so impatient! X

30 min got me 2.6 miles today. Not as far, but I know its not necessarily about beating yourself each time, its that you're out there in the first place!

Had a stitch throughout most of it, and got stopped by people wanting directions which didn't help! I forgot to press pause haha

I have a waterproof armband for mine :) I only managed 2.7 miles this morning but also went to a dance class so didn't want to over do it!

Well done on your loss charlie!

Me too, but I don't trust it in the rain!

Totally agree, well done! I'm yet to do my run - holding out for the treadmill!

Hope you get your lucky in getting your treadmill today Charlie x

Thank you, we're just about to leave. I'm rather excited - I love going to Decathlon and Ikea. I'm like a child in a sweet shop!

Also, mums cooking for the family tomorrow and I'm always fine when it comes to the main course as she cooks without fat and uses fry light on the roasties... But when it comes I the pudding, no matter how much fruit I take with me I can never resist a spoon or two of everything else on offer. So I'm making slimming world strawberry and banana trifles (2 syns) to take with me - I love trifle so it should stifle my lust for dessert!

Ooh me too, decathlon stuff is awesome and so reasonably priced. Their moisture wicking vests are great, not nasty shiny stuff, so soft and come in lots of colours and make you a less sweaty beast when exercising lol! X

Sent from my iPhone using MiniMins

So we've just purchased a treadmill and are heading back with it in the car. Didn't make it to ikea as theres no room for anything else! an so excited to set it up and have a run :)

Today's weigh in, I forgot to mention earlier, puts my loss at exactly 4 and a half stone, so today's purchase is a treat to myself :)

Just run my first 5km on the new treadmill, fantastic! Felt really good, and it's raining cats and doggies outside!

Hope everyone that is out tonight has a good one, I shall be joining those that are staying in and having a quiet one :)

Well done on having your first treadmill run. Did you go to the decathlon near Eastwood?

I hope we can get a bigger home soon so I can invest in a treadmill too. I'd defo do it daily then.

Well talking about quiet nights...

Had a fab night out with family, until the taxi disnt turn up, which resulted in no food. I'd had a few peanuts through the nights but by the time I go back to mum and dads they had cooked an entire bag off French fries and a whole tiger loaf... I walked about and went to bed.

Drinks to tonight....

2 x vodka lime and soda
1 vodka and diet monster (fab invention this is!)
A few "flutes" of rose blossom hill. Love flutes because 2 make a glass!

I had 2 x diet coke :) :) :)

It was more of a pub gathering than a going out gathering. I made a slightly bigger dress work with a belt around my waist. First time wearing heels in quite a long while and my ankles didn't hurt!

The insanely beautiful girl I was worried about meeting was already so drunk by the time we got there and it turns out that she's a bit of an emotional wreck :/ a beautiful emotional wreck though! Haha

Hope you all enjoyed your evenings, however you chose to spend them x

How very restrained! And sounds like the beautiful girl doesn't have such a beautiful life - goes to show doesn't it?

I had a fab evening making SW trifle for today and chilling with OH. Hope you guys had a good time last night (despite no food Nikki!) :)

Morning Ladies.

Charlie - Nope no food i'm afraid, and woke with a rather grumbly tum and snow!

Annie - Great restraint on the diet cokes. Glad you had a nice evening though.

Its snowing!! Got all the family coming over today and its going to be just like Christmas day. Really looking forward to it!

xx
