eekkk my challenge is going backwards. how are you all?
yet another hangover for me. all my nights out are over so hoping its all good from here on in. managed one run plus 3 dvd workouts, the shred. need to get the 6lb off asap

Yuck, cant be doing with hangovers anymore! We were going to crack the champagne on Saturday night as had some good news from the bank, meaning we will be saving a fair bit of money each month, but I know I havent got an off switch, so didnt bother! I've changed lol!
Thats 4 lots of exercise Debs, so I'm sure you balanced yourself out. If thats all your socials over with now, you can concentrate on slimming and get rid of the poundage! x

awe Kim i know!!! its been too much lately and becoming a must come Friday/Saturday. decided no more wine. if anything i will have beer as i would stop at one or two.
will go my run tonight and sweat it all out.

Hi everyone, hope all are well. It's snowing here! Kids very excited. We had a nice weekend in my sisters, loads of sweets and cake though:(. I'm being 100% for rest of the week. My little girl has a tummy bug:( she slept all night and is asleep again now. She is drinking but no food. She doesn't have a temp so I'm hoping she will improve soon.....started Sun night.
I just hope we don't all get it :(

Great news Kim :)

My challenge is going backwards as well Deb :/ I need to get a grip on it. Started on the crosstrainer again today, need to keep that up :) and eventually get back into running, it was great when I was running about half a marathon every weekend, I struggled to gain then :p
 
Just stood on the scales at finally saw 10st 4lb! Yippeee!! Don't know if it will stick for Friday though! X

I want to see 9 stone something desperately, can't believe I've sneaked up to 10 stone again (although I honestly don't feel like I'm that big), I feel better now then I did when I originally hit 9 stone 7, but I think I'm just happier in myself then what I was then to be fair (I was losing weight and didn't want to stop... where as it's just been slowly going on so I've not noticed as much now I think)


What are your ladies opinions on my hair for the wedding, I'm swaying more towards growing it for the wedding, as there will be more I can do with it... although we went out on Sat and I loved my hair

Your hair looks great Donna, it's very shiny and healthy. It really suits your face, you look beautiful and happy:)
I suppose most brides have long hair though and you have plenty of time to let it grow!
 
I know bad scale hopping! I only did it because I saw rich had got us a 3 course meal and wine last night! I had just one glass of wine and skipped pud and still was down today.
 
How about growing it to your shoulders Donna, so you can put it up or wear it down if you want for the wedding x

just thinking the same Kim. how are you? are you free from pain? less pain? guessing its still a pain in the ass regardless i imagine?

i have been doing the shred when i can and went running Monday. was far too wet yesterday but if i can't make a run i do the shred. not eating as bad as i have been and trying hard to get out of the habit of eating crisp n chocolate at night. just havent been buying any and having cup of tea instead. so far so good but there wasn't any movement on the scales. yes i scale hopped on Tuesday. think am more relaxed because i know if i keep the exercise up i will be ok.

so Kim when is little baby due now? are you any further forward with booking flights?
something to look forward too which we all need ;-)

my ex oh hasnt been kept on at the job he was on. yet gain the money will become an issue. not good for me as at the moment i pay the majority which is a struggle with what he gives me but if he doesn't earn then its me who suffers. he lives with his family so pretty much pays little. trying not to stress about it but still worrying. its annoying as my whole time with him was stress about money. now we are no longer together its still about money ugh.

he seems in a better place just now so fingers crossed it lasts x
