Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

1000 posts on this thread :)

Ooo yay!

Kim ..... 16lbs
Annie ..... 20 lbs
Nikki ..... 15lbs

This could be fun ladies try our hardest to this!

Will try my best, but my losses are a bit all over the place atm! Going to try for a 4lb loss this week :)

I can see that eating big portions of pasta and rice might be counter-productive! Portion control is something that I definitely need to work on. Snacks are my major downfall - chocolate is my weakness.

I've always weighed pasta & rice & would have about 3oz......do you weigh?
I have choc everyday....a Curly Wurly x

Can I be added to club 19?! If i get there - it might be a bit low for my height but we'll see how it goes! :)

Hello again! I've thought about doing the race for life too, my 5km is around 30 mins at the moment but definitely want to improve!

Well done on your loss so far, and good luck for your remaining 15lbs! :)

Thanks hun :)

I think my main problem is that I have gone from running is small Adidas pump like trainers to buying k Swiss running trainers and my gosh do my ankles hurt after! I tend to do interval running to get through the pain but when I was on holiday I ran for 10 mins then walked and it was such a good feeling.

I defo needed something to aim for to up my fitness and so booked my race about 6 weeks ago.

I have tried to weigh them according to the packet guidelines but there is NEVER enough for me let alone OH. Will try your 3oz next time!
Pretty much every day I have a cadburys treat size Choc - fudge/chomp/curly wurly/buttons :)

Of course!

116lbs is 8st 4, 8st 6 is 118lbs:) I've been persuaded to aim for 119lbs, but it's going to take me a while!

Welcome to the group x

Thank you!!

Yes, I need to change my details! I am aiming for a maintainable weight, I love my food and wine too much! But at my height, that's still in the middle of the normal range.

So, I need to lose 18lbs to reach target! We can do this! Shellie x

Woahhhhh! My phone didn't notify me of ANY of these posts and it will take me forever to read them so I'm just gonna rejoin right here! Welcome to any new/returning people - well done and good luck! :)

Also Kim, if you're on an iPhone or have the app, and you tap on the header at the top of the message, there should be a little box that you can tap. You can do this on several posts and then you'll have to option to 'multi-quote' when you tap the icon used to reply normally! I think anyway...

Charlie, you need to read a page or so back about the 119 club!

Dont have an iphone....galaxy s2 x

I'm so excited that I can have bread AND cereal in the same day!!

I'll get to 129 and then decide how much lower I want to go. Detemined to get my body fat % to a healthy level :)

This was my aim too. On jan 22nd I was 9st 5 and 24.5% body fat by 22nd feb (after lots of training!) I was down to 20.5% body fat BUT still 9st 5.

I'm sooo dreading my body fat test on 22nd of this month! Think I'm aiming for between 15-18% eventually but not quite sure yet.

Xxx

The running trainers will definitely be better for you in the long term - if they continue to hurt it might be a good idea to invest in some shock absorbing insoles from JJB/sports direct/decathlon. Usually around £10 but I've had mine for over a year and they make a massive difference!

Treatsize choc has become my best friend, although probably not a good idea to eat 4 or 5 at a time? Haha..

I haven't been weighing pasta, but I think I'm going to start x

That great thanks for the tip. I quite badley pulled a muscle in holiday and so haven't ran for 2 weeks now and I've had a rotten cold this week. Hope to head back out on Saturday.

Add yourself to our Club 19 list! x

Hi!
Can I join in too?
I used to be quite active on here a couple of years ago, hit target and then struggled to maintain (kept losing). Stopped going to group...and guess what?!!
I was 9st 8 at last weeks wi (weigh again tomorrow) and am looking to get to 8st 6lbs (116 lbs).
My signature probably needs updating!!
I love sw...having lost 5 stone in 5 months, I know it works. But group support is vital for those low times.
Hope you'll let me join you?!
Shellie x

Hi Shellie, welcome & of course you can join us. We're all in a bit of a chatty mood tonight lol! Congrats on your fabulous weight loss & fingers crossed for you tomorrow

Wow, 5 stone in 5 months is immense! Super well done!

Thank you!! I had an unfair advantage! I took a year off work. Exercised daily and focused on me.
Part of the weight gain was caused by going back to work.
Fully prepared now. Plan my food and walk the dog for an hour every day. X

At the moment, mine is 30.9%!!!! How embarrassing!!! So desperately want to get it to 20%. Healthy is between 17% and 24%, apparently.

I tested on 12th March, so will test again 12th April - fingers crossed!!

Just wondering as you are getting closer to target do you find you need to drop your syns? I still have roughly 15, usually bit less during the week but sometimes a few over at the weekend so all evens out. X

Oh crikey. I just made a pasta bake tonight, a whole onion, whole pepper, whole punnet of mushrooms, 300g pasta and 4 be good to your self sausages and 2 tins of tomatoes!

We had about 1/4 each tonight, I've put a tiny bit of the pasta only in with my salad tomorrow. And there is probably enough for a good 2 more meals. I didnt realise how much 300 g made.

I usually try and stick to between 5 and 10 - usually 7 or so. I use the others if I need them, but the past couple of weeks have been a nightmare!
