For Annie:
I have been running since the beginning of feb (though a lot more recently) and these are the measurements:
12/2/12
Arm: 10"
Thigh: 21"
Waist: 25.5"
Hips: 31"
Underbust: 29.5"
And these are the stats from last sat 17/3/12
Arm: 9.25"
Thigh: 20"
Waist: 24"
Hips: 30.5"
Underbust: 28"
So you can see there has been an inch lost from my thighs and half an inch from my hips. I credit my thigh inch loss to running for certain - I can see the muscle definition and tone.
Kim: I'm going to steal your idea and start measuring in centimetres so I can see any smaller changes now that I'm getting so close to target
