Yes it is I look like a Buddha lol!
I tend to have 3oz for me & thats a generous portion when Im hungry, so anywhere beween 2-3oz. I often add in peas as well to add more veg x

Fantastic :) well done! Keep at it and I'm certain you'll get results in loss, toning and general fitness. I've noticed I've got so much more energy at the minute and I go to work in such a good mood :)

I can notice the difference already - I'm not red faced and out of breath like I was on the first day, just "glistening" haha

After reading about all your running i'm thinking of starting. Any tips for a beginner? I walk a lot (bout 6 miles a day) but never ran.

Listen to these girls, they helped me out! It's not all about time and numbers to begin with, the fact you're getting out and doing something is better than doing nothing at all :)

Wow - the difference is incredible! I have my before picture as my phone screensaver now, so that I see it all the time and am reminded not to become that person again!
 
I have been so lazy today! All I've done is chat on here, watch my fave progs on Sky+, cuddles with cat & dog on the sofa & eat....all SW tho! But I enjoyed it, lazy mare that I am! So tomorrow, doggy walk & a long cycle ride is in order.....

Good on you! Everyone deserves a lazy day :) one of my best friends is a nurse and I know she deserves it after the crazy long shifts she does! I can't wait till Saturday for my lazy day! :)

Alternate between running & walking to begin with - like 5 mins walking 5 mins running (if you can) then build up from there. Also proper running shoes & socks are a must !
 
WI today...9 stone bang on! FINALLY!

Anyway, I've caught the running bug too. Me and my friend going to start Thurday evening! I'm quite excited, I just hope I don't look too silly!

I've been off since august with surgery in November so its getting a bit tedious now! X
