Well done on revisiting I wouldn't have!
I had a shocking day yesterday so wouldn't be surprised if i'm back up in the tens :-( gunna try be extra good today n tomorrow to make up for it.
It helps that my best friend has joined so she has been texting me all the time with photos of her meals and for syn values but yesterday I just had a blow out.
Got my photos today. Still don't think im ready. Gunna lather myself in firming cream and do an hour of zumba lol. Happy Sunday everyone x

Lucky girl Charlie, its lovely here so I envy you the pub, but we had our stint on friday, so we're off for a bike ride today & then have some rump steak (half price in Morrisons) in peppercorn sauce that we should have had on friday! x
Dont envy you car shopping Nikki, its such too stressy for me! I had a Mazda RX8, I loved that car, but got rid of it as it was getting too expensive to run, but have an Toyota Aygo now & love it.....who woudnt at 60 miles to the gallon & £20 road tax per year! So good luck! Id have pork salad by the way x

Haha, was just telling DH that you were doing the chicken pizza dish....he does it with cod as well.
Place the chicken breast between clingers & bash out til about 0.5cm thick, so nice & thin & tripled in size, be gentle as it can break up if your too violent!
Place chicken, minus the clingfilm on a greased tray (Frylight)
Have the oven preheated to 220, slice some good tomatoes, mozerrella or cheese of choice (I use half fat as you get more!) , fresh basil leaves, S & P (or topping of choice), place on top of chicken...........pop in oven & cook for approx 12-15 mins....make sure its cooked!
Allow to relax for 2-3 mins, meats like that as helps the meat stay tender.
Serve with salad or veg......delicious x

Only prob is, it's a whole chicken so I'm gonna have to try and get a breast off first-and I'm definitely no butcher!

Good luck with the photo shoot! =) i'm sure once you're there you'll relax into it. Try not to overthink it too much or you'll just get yourself into a tiz =)
 
Good.. Well afternoon now, ladies =). I was 100% yesterday, tried my first ever green and going to keep having green days until my WI kn wednesday to see if it makes a difference to the usual EE.
I'm also hoping to get back on the band wagon of the 30 day shred, in between doing yet another essay for uni, i think the stress of my final year will actually be the end of me but i have so far resisted completely sabotaging my weight loss =)

I have never cooked a port roast.... how long roughly will it take? Dont know whether to put in whilst im out, but dont want it to go dry if im out longer than expected!

How much does it weigh? But its 25mins per pound & then 25 mins over x

Haha, I wouldn't bother Charlie, too much of a faff! Just roast it & then you could have left overs with it in sandwiches or a salad x

Ooh, hope it works well for you. I dont do them that much, but enjoy them when I do.What are you studying for?

Thanks hun. Its 700g so probably about 1hr 30mins? Think i'll cook it when I get home then.

I'm studying Sociology, it's not nearly as interesting as it sounds. Once i leave i want to train to be a chef.. So a completely different career path but it's what i'm really passionate about =)

I'm not sure why i'm trying green for a whole week, i just feel like i've ben far too much meat on EE so wanted a little detox haha

I did that one week. my OH has ibs and if he has too much meat it flares up so every so often we have a green week x
 
I'm the opposite at the min - feel like I've had far too many carbs so am aiming for 2/3 red days a week!
 
Am just chilling in the garden reading the Sunday papers & saw an advert for a running app....its called The RunKeeper thought you runners would be interested. Also, has anyone tried Zero tabs by High5, you put one in your water bottle & is used for hydration with no calories & is reputed to burn 40% more fat! DH uses them cycling & I tried one today & its very refreshing x
