Mine too ;-) he's not happy I'm over the moon he he x

My OH isn't too bothered as he knew how uncomfortable they were when I was bigger! They're still a 32DD so not too small! Gives me an excuse to go bra shopping :)

Gets expensive this losing weight malarky! Did you have to buy a whole new wardrobe Charlie as you've done brilliantly well! X

Have you tried Bravissimo? I find the best fitting bras are Freya that I get from them but they're pricey at just under £30! X

My oh wasn't happy bout the boobage.either I've gone from a H to a DD but I love it cos I can buy bras anywhere now not just special ones7

Yep, I don't have a single piece of clothing from when I was bigger! Especially in the last couple of months as I've gone from a 10 to an 8 :)

Not even a pair of jeans so you can see how much you've lost! I would be so tempted to keep them & put them on now & see how much you've shrunk! I've got a pair of 14's I will put on when I'm at target & take a photo & post it! X

Good luck tomorrow Kim!
My assets have shrunk incredibly! I'm a 32 e/dd now. Considering I was massive before (see my photos) that is a big drop.
DH prefers my new shape, as do I, although he misses certain things! X night all x

I'm up again downing gaviscon :-( I have kept one pair of Jeans from when I was big. They r massive now and can't believe I ever got to that big without someone saying owt. Told my OH to tell me if I start getting big again, he laughed at first but I told him I would tell him if he did! (he used to weigh 23 stone!)

So ladies... Me and OH have fell out big style, needless to say dinner is off and he has gone to his parents and so I've packed 4 bags and gone to t rents. Dinner is a portion of veg curry out the freezer, with added baked beans mixed up and baked with cheese with the oven.

Hope you're ok hun. If its any consolation I had a blazing row with mine too - ashamed to say it was probably wi related. Am sure u guys will feel a thousand times better when u wake up :)

Just stopped at services on way to lakes. Drinking diet coke - don't want to wreck day one of my fresh start with greasy services food and really don't fancy fruit :(

Hope everyone else is feeling positive - whoop whoop four day weekend xx

Thanks for all the kind words yesterday. Had a binge which is not good at all but will draw a line. Your support is fab - I really appreciate it xx
Glad you're feeling positive :) On a side note, I'm slowly losing motivation to run my usual 30 min 5km every morning so have used the Nike+ app to devise a 10km 12 week training program that involves running 3-4 times a week. OH and I agreed that even the 30 mins I was doing every morning was too much - I was getting groggy and tired by the end of the day. Does this seem sensible? I'm worried I'll start to feel guilty for not running every day! x

I definitely think you need a couple of rest days a week - otherwise you'll get stale or injure yourself. I also find I notice improvement more when I rest. Even when I was marathon training I'd run only 5/6 days max. I'd also try and mix up your workouts so even if u just stick to running try doing a couple of interval sessions, one long run and one medium. I'd listen to your body too - i always tell myself if I go out and after 10 mins I'm not enjoying it I can stop. You're doing really well - the important thing is to keep enjoying it xx

Thanks for the advice hun :) the program varies between short and long runs with intervals in some sessions too - looking forward to building up to 10k! X

Have a lovely time in the Lakes, I am very jealous, but why didn't you take a SW packed lunch with you so you wont be tempted with a Burger King in the services? x

You may have saturated yourself & there is no point in exercising that much if it becomes a chore & you dont enjoy it. You're very sensible now to increase the distance & do less days, say 4-5 max & you'll probably find you will enjoy it again. Another thing to do is apply to do a 10km or Half Marathon, as that will give you incentive & motivation again & its a great feeling training for something x

My words exactly. The only thing with me tho was I never used to start to enjoy a run until I'd been going 15 mins, as would take me that long to get into my stride & then I could go for miles! x

Morning girls, lovely sunny day here in Dorset, but bloomin freezing!
