My aim this week is to try and have 5 100% days! I'm going to see what WI says tonight because I haven't exactly been saintly but if I've lost then at least I know I can have a little bit of what I fancy too hehe x

Fab Kim thanks for that. I will have a nosey when am out. I am a size 3 so its always a nightmare tryin to get ones I like in my size grrr.
Defo going for that kind of colour as will brighten it up. Have pair in house but not too sure to be honest.
P.S was good to see my new weight on the board ;)

Hey nikki, do you do syns daily? I do mine weekly and finding that if I do fancy something in particular I know I can have it. I have been only having say ten syns per day then using 25 for wine at weekend. FEels like I still get treats too .

I've changed your weight on the challenge as I had you down as 9.11 for some reason, but when I look at the stats for the 119ers & your stats you're 9st 12.5, so finger crossed for you tonight! At least with you going to an official WI you can see if following the plan most of the time, but having an off plan day most weeks, you can see how you lose. Maybe tho, if you're finding you're not losing, you may have to stop the weekend naughties to get to target.....eeeek!

I found when I was having our Friday/Saturday drinks/eats off plan, I was a STS which gives me hope for when I do get to target that I can do it. If I follow the plan all week, I will still be able to have a naughty weekend & STS! Have to get to target first tho! This Fridays WI will be the telling as it will be 2 weeks with no drinkies or naughty food! x

Just checked, Next do size 3's. Those shoes were online & you get a lot more choice than in the shops. I shop in Next for most of my clothes & shoes & do it online & you get next day delivery. When I get stuff as well, I always order different sizes & then just send back want I dont want. Or you can get it delivered to your local store & you pick it, there's no charge for delivery then! Hope that helps x
 
Just had a thought.....after a comment Lynica made on her thread about exercise..........what do you all think about adding the exercise we do on the 100% Challenge?

Sorry Ladies I seem to have been rather vocal on here today & Im blaming the exercise (release of endorphines), starting a new neuro drug & I have my mojo back! I only have the dog & cat to talk during the day, as DH away during the week & I tend to talk to him in the evening......so its making me a bit talkative & excitable!!!!!

The 100% challenge is just something we started last week to keep us all motivated to stay on plan 100%, so you just let me know at the end of the day or following morning what plan you've done for the day & Im going to start adding my exercise as well... eg....

Yup was 9st 12.5 at last WI. Aim of 9st 5 for my holiday! I can but dream! I have a few nights out this week, was meant to be meeting my friend on thursday but it might end up being tonight now, then off out tomorrow for my mums birthday tomorrow.

Then I'll be skint lol so can have a few good days ad hope for a loss next week! This is exactly how I have always done SW and it was my compromise with OH if I went back then I'd still say yes if people asked me to go out. Fingers crossed.... 1 hour to WI!! X

Last week I did weekly and went over loads! If I have a decent loss this week I'm going for weekly again, starting from tomorrow though as that's my official WI day x

Haha this made me actually laugh out loud :-D chat away that's what this thread is for. I'm the same most days home alone until tea time without any pets maybe i should convince OH I need one for company ;-) x
 
Chat away Kim, I love a good gab. Thanks for the shoe advice, hope to go looking tom. From Monday last week til now six days but have no idea the calories. Would it be enough to just say shred complete?

Umm a million syns with very little exercise :p

Met a friend in town and went for pub lunch - so had a lovely big veggie burger and curly fries and a couple cosmos! Funny how I really really enjoyed and appreciated it now as its such a rare occurance :) the treats are slowly disappearing I'm impressed I havnt wolfed down all the coconut m&ms yet and looking for ideas and things for my super super week starting on Friday! X
 
Deb I've only added the calories in coz I've got an app on my phone!

Laura glad I made you LOL...we all need a good laugh to keep as sane & you can sympathise with how I feel as you're at home off sick as well! Im sure you will be looking forward to friday to start back on WW when all the choccies have gone!

Nikki good luck with WI & we need a report ASAP!
