I feel like it's Christmas day! So blumming excited!

I'm staying on plan until tea, which will be off plan food and drinks, don't think I'll drink too much though, will stick to Amaretto and diet coke maybe sambuka but I like that with lemonade and don't think places will do diet lemonade. But still undecided as to whether I'm going to have a beer with dinner or not. I think I will, I've been good the rest of the week and saved loads of syns, and considering I didn't get weighed last week I really can't see me gaining this week (going to go to WI thinking I'll have one though and then at least if I do I won't be completely gutted)

Turns out there is a free festival thing on at my local park this weekend so think I'll head out and see that - bands playing, stalls, beer tent etc do should be nice if the weather holds up :) x

I really want some nice white jeans, but never seem to be able to find any. Really need some nice summery tops as well, lately I can't find any I like and just end up buying dresses

Morning Girls
Woken up bright & early to another gorgeous day. Only had 2 Vodka's last night as not in the mood for drinking, but had a bit of a choccie urge, so succumbed to some Green & Blacks dark choc, all counted in my first ever weekly syn week. I worked out I can still have about 12 syns per day, which is fine & dandy for me.
Out in the garden today for a tidy up as having a rest day from the cycling & then maybe a bit of sunnage on the bod! x

Vicky, hope you have a fabulous day today, Im sure it will be loadsa fun, especially with lotsa beer lol! x

Donna, have you looked in Next as they have a petite section & normally have lots of white jeans. I normally do my shopping online with them as there's a better selection x
 
I havent tried next yet but will do, ive always found their petite jeans the best for me so its a good idea. a bit wary of jean shopping online but i suppose thats silly when i know their jeans are good! thanks ill have a nose at them later.
 
oh and i think we can safely say im off plan this evening, ive worked out dinner will be about 22 syns cake will be 30 (possibly more depending on how many want it the slices may be bigger) and then theres drinks.... dont know how i ate like this all the time (well plus some actually) but lookong forward to it as a one off

Wedding was fine, felt like was constantly teetering in my heels after little one. I don't think i was off plan too badly tho still day off. Had cereal for breakfast, alpen light bar then oval bite from gregg. Figured this wouldn't be as bad as the sausage and egg mcmuffin with hash brown I was going to have. Then chicken with haggis with potato and veg for dinner...now the damage...cheesecake was huge and I had prob equivalent of two bottles wine throughout day. God when I write it down I did much worse than I thought. Still am not concerned. Hoping after weigh in this week I can re focus as when I have things comin up I tend to lose focus but all good. Photos soon

As you say it's a one off so try not to worry about syns and have a fab time! X

Doesn't sound too bad chick hope you enjoyed it sounds like you made the best choices you could and wine is a bit essential for weddings ;-) x
 
Oh and yesterday was 100% sf and 10 wk not bad considering I got cornetto and rum included in that :-D x

Thank ladies, i did feel good in the dress except the fake tan attempt haha
kim this is the lightest i have been since had my boy 2.5 years ago and i would like to be bit lighter but really its the toning i need to focus on. I also enjoy sticking to plan and being careful as it helps me stay focus and vary my diet to be better. Also i would prob sit and eat huge bags of crisps if i wasnt focusing. So doing this (though i shouldnt stress too much if i eat something i shouldnt) keeps me feeling good and gives me the incentive to excercise

So hen party 1 last night, had a couple of cocktails but chose chicken for dinner..... Let's forget the chocolate brownie! But I did go to the gym yesterday for 1 1/2 hours and then danced for about 3 hours!

Woke this morning and decided to go for a run! Never done a road run before and so I managed 3.35miles (over 5km!) in 45mins. There was a fair bit of speed walking but that was a mixture of the heat an also forgetting my water bottle!! Want to get this down to 30mins by August hopefully! My fastest pace was a 7.40mins / mile so technically if I train enough I can get down to my original 25minute target!

Off for hen party 2 tonight but think I'll have a couple of vodka diet cokes. X

Good idea on the selection and not paying delivery, I really begrudge paying delivery on things! I think most places could offer free delivery these days

Well, its double celebrations tonight, as I've just got in from my driving theory test and I passed!!!! Now need to sort out the practical side of things. Don't want to put a time limit on it as I'll be gutted if I don't make it, but would love to pass in the next few months...would be ideal around July actually as insurance renewal is due and I'm going to be added on it whether I've passed or not, but would be better if I could be added as a full licence holder rather then provisional and then having to change it to full later. Plus it would be lovely to be able to drive little one to the seaside after nursery over July some days... but I'm not holding my breath

Thanks everyone for the complinents, appreciate them. Have went off on a post wedding, tired, hangover eat what I like phase. Can't am assed and too tired..feel lifeless and just need wee one to nod off so can join him. Tom is a new day and again am not proper fussed...famous last words ha
