God funny how I haven't even lost two pounds but feel so much slimmer. Can't believe its not even two pound...need get grip but again its excercise I need to up.
 
hello ladies, still in Scarborough but just had a quick nose... you've all been very talkative lol so can't comment on everything as I'm on my phone.

unofficial congratulations Annie, that dress is stunning! I secretly can't wait to start planning our wedding but I'm waiting for a proposal lol.

having a lovely holiday and officially offplan (had a fatty sausage, bacon and hash brown for breakfast...i did cut off all the fat i could with the bacon, had chips and dressed crab for lunch followed by amaretto truffle and currently enjoying half a bottle of sparkling wine before we go for tea) done loads of exercise though...so many steps in Scarborough!!!
 
Sorry girls just a quick catch up as its been a mad afternoon with friends arriving & looking after the boys post ride & then getting them off again for another 4 hours! Our friend Bob is going to stay up some of the night to support the boys, as they're doing 2 on, 2 off overnight! I really dont know why I bothered to clean the house as there are now 4 bikes plus cycling kit all over & coz its been raining all day, there's kit on all the radiators.....good job Im not too houseproud!!!

I'll do the the 4 week stats either later tonight or tomorrow x
 
Eek got to report another day off plan was all going so well then there was a big red velvet cake reduced from £6 to the utterly rediculous sum of 49p!!

I am holding myself back from going down and seeing what I can eat...not much treat things in which helps. God what are we like....am not exactly spurring you on.
Tell you what...enjoy your cake, bin what you don't eat and wake up determined. When are you back at work? Can't be easy doing it when off as I know I struggle on days off.

I think I would be the same on sw as well to be honest it's just that not got much money for food just now so having to eat boring cheap food and try and use up whatevers in the cupboards/freezer. Docs tomorrow to see about how much longer but it's more of a me telling them how I'm getting on rather than them being able to answer me lol!

Yup seeing if anyone wants the rest of the cake and if not will make OH take it to work with him!! Temptation must be gone! x

Hi ladies! I need some motivation! Iv managed to get down to 9 stone 1 but just cant seem to budge anymore to get to those 8's! Just seem to fluctuate between 9 stone 1 n 9 stone 2 every week! Any ideas on how i can get there? X

Maybe you could post a food diary here and we could try and help?

How long have you been fluctuating between the weights maybe your body naturally just wants to be that weight? X

Demo try a food diary. You could join our 100% challenge too. That helped me get past mine.

Now that I have found out my mum have the fitness channel I am totally taking advantage!! Also my mum int working today so convinced her to go to gym with me :)

I do a fitness dvd every couple of days and walk to work most days so im hoping its not lack of exercise!
I think it may be because i dont vary my diet enough!
I am beginning to think that this is my natural weight but at 5ft 2 i wud love to get to my target of 8 stone 10! Ooh Wots the 100% challenge? Thanks 4 ur help guys :) x

Just post on here if you have been 100%, wa plan you have followed, what hexs u have had, what syns you have had and any exercise.

So for example today I'm am trying to do

100% red day, 2hexb 1hexa, 5 syns, hour body conditioning and hour zumba x
