Torch was a bit odd to be honest, little one loved it and we found his best friend from school and his teachers so we stood with them which was nice, but the torch went by so quickly and it was a lady on a bike (must have been disabled but she wizzed by) rather then a runner, I got a photo but a lot of people missed it.

Can't decide whether to get changed for WI or not, I'm wearing jeans so should get changed really, but I can't be bothered
 
Donna, I've done you an injustice...........I was just double checking your start weight for the 100% Challenge & noticed you weren't in the first week of it, as dont think you'd joined the 9's thread. So I've jiggled the stats about & you've actually got a slightly higher percentage xx

Oooo thank you, I hadn't noticed myself but I appreciate the jiggling :)

I dont want to do my job anymore can anyone give me an idea on what else i can do!!! lol

No idea lol - when you think of something can you let me know so I can let other half have some ideas too?

Off to do a bit Jillian me thinks! Not really in the mood, but didn't do any exercise yesterday.......just wish it would stop ruddy raining as I want to go out on my bike & refuse do go out in the rain lol! xx

Am debating it. The heating is on tho which is not a good combination with the sweat I build up...oxygen mask on the stand by!!

Had good day food wise. Funny though because am not following sw yet today I have had no syns again and one healthy extra...wasn't thinking about it but that's the way its worked out. Seems to be working. Star week due which is normally when I binge which has been taken care of at weekend and I usually eat less for few days so maybe just off my food....or eaten too much past wee while and no room left ha. Maybe tmi but had no movement lately...feel like a rubbish tip ;)

Oh think we are typing at same time...no I didn't. Funny as it didn't enter my mind to. I weighed Friday past at 8st 8lb 3/4 but ate that in junk ha. Not sure when I will weigh again. Maybe Friday but maybe not til am back on track fully and did more excercise. Don't deserve a loss but am fine with It. Feels better to be relaxed...seems to reduce the "want" x
 
Haha! Its probably all that nasty unhealthy food clogging up your pipes lol! Sorry shouldn't laugh as Im an expert in that department! When I was on my strong painkillers, I had to take other drugs to make me go, so was forever taking tablets. Now Im off them, I cant believe I can go naturally TWICE a day!!!

It sounds as tho you are a lot more chilled about the whole thing Debs which is good. Just WI when you feel you want to, as the pressure is off!

I put my heating on as well & was a right sweaty heap when I finished, but feel so much better for doing it.......so get off your butt Mrs & do it lol!!! xx
 
Im starvvving!! My friend is coming over for SW chilli but she wont be here until at 8.30 :(

I have made a scrap book for my forth coming SW journey but I cant print the pictures from today from my phone :( I'll have to do them at work tomorrow so I can show you all xx

have some hard boiled eggs as they tend to curb hunger.....its the protein.

Looking forward to seeing your pics.....what sort are they? xx
 
I had a wrap for 6.5 syns just to curb the hunger... didnt think about eggs!

I'm going to take pictures of everything I eat and make a daily scrap book page so I can look back and see what I did differently every week.

Aghhh I hate waiting for people to come over for food. Snack on some fruit or something if your really hungry


I've been ringing every half hour all day then came to the conclusion they weren't open. Gonna try again tomorrow :-(

Oh no :( I really hope they still have it, at least with them not being open today you know noone bought it today



Just realised I can't hand my application in tomorrow, was planning on running straight home after work, putting my reference in the application and then taking it when I picked little one up from school BUT he has his sports day so I'm leaving work 10 min early so I can run there to see him and then before he leaves I have a transition meeting about what's happening in September, will have to hand it in on Thursday, closing date is Monday so that doesn't matter its just it will feel like a weight has been lifted once I just have it in.
