Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Omg I'm so tired recently. Had a rubbish nights sleep last night and now I'm dropping off at my desk!! Going to walk into town at lunch to gain some energy back hopefully and pick up some lunch x

Well firstly we didn't get a new bed the other week and so it's still a bit uncomfortable and after my rubbish eating over the weekend I had really bloated belly. Having a red day today and feel better already so think red days are the way forward for me xxx
 
I think little one has an ear infection :( rang the doctors and luckily she was really sympathetic, she's giving him anti-biotics and said if he's any worse by tomorrow or no better by friday to call again and bring him in. The last time he had one the nurse really didn't want to give him anti-biotics she grudgingly did but told me not to give him them unless really needed.

Just really hope he is better for the weekend

If you get the ABx into him now, you will probably see an improvement by Friday. Dose him up with Calpol as well.

Found my motivation again! 3 hours of housework, 30 min Powerwalk & D6/21 L1 6 Week 6 Pack........DONE!
Just out of curiousity I looked on my calorie app & 3 hours of housework = 495 calories!!! x

Nicely done! Maybe i should start offering to clean the house xD.

Got a 9 hour shift tomorrow and a 10 hour shift friday... Going to be a long couple of days. Will mean A LOT of running around and lil amount of time to shove crap into my system though haha x

Been managing my excercise this week but food not so good. Well saying that am probably within my syns to a point but cos am not properly following sw am just eating healthier with some chocolate thrown in. Plan to keep excercising so will see how I go. Guy in work asked if I had lost weight.....eh no put it on since seen you lol

Awah bless him, what a lovely thing to say though. Since joining i haven't had anyone that say to me, my OH has had it a lot thoug haha.

What is it you do for exercise? I'm having a hard time finding good exercise to do on my shift days that won't wipe me out before shift or make me sore for the next one =/... Makes the exercise sound pointless like that though haha x

I just done day 1 level 1 of 6w6pack! Forgot how hard it was. Nearly dead!!

Tryin to do 30 day shred as much as I can. At the minute my goal is three times per week but managed five last week. Next time tho am doing a weight watchers dvd for variety and also to see if I still find it tough after being subjected to Jillian and the shred lol

I know that you're supposed to have 2/3 superfree and 1/3 free, so i'd say if theres alot of superfree in your chilli as well (which there is) i'd say its good as it is =)
 
Cool I'm gonna try and do success express this week!

So far so good

100% SE day. 2hexb 1hexa 12 syns. Day one of 6w6pack and just done a 6 mile walk with the pups. Says i've burnt 543 calories x
 
No Deb, I'm on day 6 of 21 days on level 1 of 6 pack, then its 21 days on level 2. Haven't done shred for a while as enjoying the 6pack dvd.
Lovely to get a compliment about how slim you are from a bloke as well!
Vicky it does get easier, but those side planks are a beeeeeatch!!!
