Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

Are you doing excercise too Nikki? What's a typical days menu if you don't mind me asking...I think maybe my portions too big. For example I have at least 200g of cooked cous cous for lunch...surely that ain't good. Well done tho x

No exercise at all hun!! This week I've been having, breakfast 2 hifis, velvet crunch as a snack, 3 baby bel lights, ham salad and then a proper dinner with meat and potatoes xx

Still following plan and still maintaining which I'm happy with :) life is just manic at the moment loads on but feeling good :)

Vicky you looked lovely for the prom very slim misses and loving you blonde :)

Nicky great loss and well done finding your motivation again it's so hard when you've been doing it such a long time but you looked lovely on your photo so go easy on yourself :)

Laura how was it back at work hope you ok and not too knackered :)

Deb your doing great dont be so hard on your self enjoy your food and wine life's for living well done on losing :)

Donna how good were you at your little boys party :) better than me I had cake and alsorts will post a piccy of the cake I made for Kate it was choc overdose he he :)

Kim well done to you and your boys what an achievement fantastic !!! You must be so proud of them and well done losing and staying on plan when living away from home you are fab too :)

Claire congrats on your graduations you looked fab huni :) your new job shifts sound mental, hope you feeling better take care x

I've got 4 weeks to my holiday so on day 4 of the shred AGAIN lol but need to tone my fat back he he

Several days to catch up on so just had a quick skim read. Well done on all the losses ladies.

Work went ok wasn't as bad as I imagined it would be in my head. Ankle was pretty sore all of last night though after my shift :-( and my works idea of a phased return seems to involve working 3 days in a row after 7months off not ideal at all!!

My scales were being wierd at weigh in showing anything from 0.5 to 3.5lb gain and giving inconsistent readings. Also were flashing. Same battery has been in since I got them few years ago do that might be the problem I reckon so no proper weigh in result this week.

Had my favourite papa johns pizza last night to celebrate going back to work and then ate what was left of it today plus some Ben & jerrys icecream. Other meals both days weren't much but safe to say ill call fri and sat off plan as its easier than trying to count up the points! X
 
Holey moley!! I just had to share this with you....

So at WI on Monday I was 10st 1.5lb..... 5days into plan and I weigh 9st 10.5lb!!! 5lb loss!!!

I know that this won't be official until Monday (and the fact I'm out all day boozing it up with my friend!) but I'm actually elated! And because I didn't believe the scales I tried on a dress I got in march which was too small and low and behold it bloody fit!!!

Cake looks gorgeous! I was only good at little ones party because I knew I had pizza hut coming up on the Monday lol. So can't blame you for not being so good.

Your so right, life is for living!! Bad news about a friend tonight which puts things into respective. Sometimes I think if I was able to stop thinking about diets and weight loss etc I would prob do better. My journey has been good as I now know excercise is what works for makin me feel good

Hey Laura, glad the return to work went well. Not so good news about your ankle and the shifts you have been given. Your allowed to have off plan days and more so if you enjoy them too x

I have a weird one. My toes on my right leg r numb n have been all day. No idea why. U fell over last night n scrapped ny knee but that's all. It's a very weird feeling x
 
Omg such an amazing night last night!!!

I was sooooo good when everyone went to greggs and subway and I had zilch :-D loving my restraint!! Can't say the same about the alcohol but I tried to stick to vodka diet coke as much as possible and I dancing my bum off all night. Fab time!!

That's fantastic, well done :) the fact that you didn't eat even after drinking is great. Once I've had a few drinks if other people are getting takeaway I find it VERY hard not to say no.

I put three fancy dress outfits on ebay yesterday and one wrap dress (should probably look through my other clothes as I have other things which could go on, but what I can think of at the moment is shorts and with how the weathers been don't know if putting shorts on is a good idea) already got 4 watchers.... I hate watchers though lol, wish they'd just bid haha

Ladies, i have been visiting the OH this weekend, so theres been a severe lack of internet and my posts xD. I've been wildly off plan, thanks to work and visiting the OHs dad (regardless whether you want it or not you will have dinner and you will have wine..!) lovely people.. Just soo muuch wiine haha. We were supposed to go to a food festival yesterday but it absolutely poured down, so we're going to try again today. After today i will be 100% on plan regardless of work.

Going to have to make the best staff menu choices i can and try to stay within syns x

My boyfriends mum is like that, she actually buys rose wine in for me, because she knows that's what I drink (she drinks white) so I feel really guilty if I don't have it because she's bought it for me and she's not going to want to drink it herself

All quiet here today!
Just had a really lazy day after getting back from the Summer Ball. Good night had by all, I had an off plan evening with some naughty food & restrained drinking for me! Only had about 6 vodka & slimlines all night & didn't have the champagne with the champagne breakfast at 3 am! Seem to be off the booze at the mo which suits me as hating hangovers & it was so good waking up fresh!

So thinking also about having wee trial on wx. Think I have become to complacent and maybe a new focus for a while will help. Portion control needs looked at but in general I think I Just need a change. Am rubbish at superfree and interested to see what ww offers. I realise fully that its not the "diet" but the willingness to follow it so maybe wee change is as Good as a rest x
 
Morning everyone,
sounds like everyone had a good weekend, we didn't really do anything. Little one ended up having a lovely time with his dad. He actually took him on a day trip to York and didn't just take him around the pubs, which is great for him! He emptied his money box as well and let him spend the money, which again was nice for little one as he picked an iron man outfit and all the accessories. (which isn't something his dad would have thought of getting him) So glad he had a lovely time.

yesterday 100% ee, 1 hea, 1 heb and 12 syns went a bit mental on the free and superfree last night, couldn't seem to fill myself up

I'm so tired today, didn't sleep very well last night. Woke up thinking the alarms hadn't gone off and it was only 5 O'Clock :( got my doctors appointment later as well, no idea what he wants to see me for, but since it took me 3 weeks to book it I know its nothing serious. He might even just want to see if I'm okay to stop having tests, but won't know until later (Isn't until 20 to 6, to be honest I can't be bothered) but best to see what he wants me for I suppose. I really feel like we should be in the summer holidays now.
 
I've had more off day plans than i'd like to admit to hence the lack of updates from me! This week i sts but i'm gonna blame that on my kettlebell class yesterday which has me aching all over today because of course it can't be down to the fact that i haven't stuck to the plan.

I quite like reporting weigh in so maybe we could just have that kept up to date where we can each take responsibility for keeping it up to date by a simple copy and paste eg...
