Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

I am all talk...ate big dinner and once wee one was in bed, in all honesty I couldn't be bothered. Fought with myself for about an hour then ate quavers and chocolate. I honestly can not find motivation come 8-9....I always find that when I am up for it I can't as my boy is with me but once he goes to sleep I want to sleep too. Very much excuses and thinking I should do it before work but I need to wake up properly. Very despondent I know but tom is a new day. Take my hat off to everyone who makes an effort x

I have two little ones Deb(both under 2) and know exactly what you mean... when theyre up and about they take up your time but when the are napping/asleep for the night you just want to sit down and after all you deserve the chocolate/wine/crisps (whatever) after the day you've had right!?! I found i had absolutely no motivation for doing home exercises dvds, they were way too easy not to bother with but now i go to the gym for a class after DH gets in that way i know for that hour i'm gonna get my ass moving. I guess it's all about finding what works for you but i know that's not easy at all. The hardest part is always taking the first step :)... c'mon you can do this x

Feeling much more positive this morn it's so difficult not going to a group and I've not been on here for so long to keep the motivation going, from today going to get back to posting food every day and try and keep up with diarys for inspiration and support !!

My oh has just downloaded me a demo to zumba core for xbox it's awesome. Can't wait for that to come out :)

That's awesome news :) I know we had a nightmare getting our mortgage, most stressful time of my life. Oooo would be lovely for you to be in your own house before Christmas


I lost half a lb at WI and I've agreed to do blind WI's for a few weeks, hopefully will keep me on track and I'm hoping it will be nice not focusing on the number on the scales as well (hoping the reality is that it will probably drive me mental.)

Feel really bad again today, so had a paracetomol and a green tea with lemon. I'm promising myself if I go on the crosstrainer like usual I will then go to bed again, but hoping if I do the crosstrainer I won't feel like going to bed
 
Yeah I'm full of cold :( It's horrible isn't it, especially when I can see the sun outside (yeah its not warm but its nice) I'm guessing you have a cold too? (just with the green tea) I'm sat here now with a green tea and lemon and a coffee to try and wake me up a bit.

Decided not to go back to bed as I do have things to do, but dressed and snuggled up in my dressing gown so don't know if much will get done. My coughs a lot worse today, hoping that it is going to start getting better soon... I can't handle it getting any worse as still have to go drop little one off and pick him up ect. Plus I've said I'll go help on the school trip on Monday... surely I'll be better then though.

Hope you get better soon as well, have you got any paracetamol? I've been trying that with the green tea (as surely that's all that's in lemsips) but I can have as many green tea and lemons as I want and just have the paracetamol every few hours

I think thats all lemsips are too!!! I have green tea and paracetomal dont have any lemons :-( Ive got a cold but got a really bad head too. I havent been sleeping, been having awful nightmares which cause me to be up most of the night :-(

Well done on keeping on track Debs :) Been back at work will help loads. I always find that I never ever lose while im not at work think its due to lack of structure. Plus I always get hungry when the bell rings :)
 
My head's not too bad today... but not sure if that's the tablets as I can sort of feel it in the background if that makes sense. Hope the day goes quickly for you, if your no better tomorrow will you be able to have the day off again, being in a school is the last place you need to be when your ill.

I'm sure being back at work will help you keep on track Debs. I'm really hoping these blind WI's will help me, as I'm going to be worried about going off as I won't know if I've gained or not but my consultant will... Like I was planning on having some pudding with custard this weekend but I'm not sure on syns, so I'm not going to do it now.... Just hope we don't have any surprises this weekend like we did last weekend. I know my boyfriend wants to go see his friends next weekend which will be nice but it sort of does my head in a bit as they make it so hard to stay on track. Although they do live in Leeds so if they have a pizza take-away I can get Indian
 
hi girlies.. sorry to hear so many of you are sick at the moment! its prob the change in weather... havent lost an ounce in over a week even tho i am sticking to plan. attempted a red day today and have a splitting headache. :( what am i doing wrong?
 
Feels so good to be back at the gym. Just done an amazing yogalates class. Warm up was Thai chi then 20 minutes yoga and 20 minutes Pilates then relaxation. Was REALLY good. Now sat watching tv listening to my football team beat Wednesday!!! Only Annie will understand this lol. Hope everyone is having a good night I'm in a really good mood haha :)
