Anyone monitoring their rate of fat loss?

As I have fat-measuring scales I have decided to analyse what proportion of my weight loss is fat. I have done this for a 19-week period, well into my diet so it's not skewed by the initial fast weight loss we get at the start of a diet.

In those 19 weeks I lost 25lb, of which 21lb was fat. So although my weight loss is disappointingly slow in some respects, I am very pleased how little of it has been lean tissue so far!

I'd be very interested to hear from anyone else who has analysed in this way?

im monitering my rate of body fat, like how much i have.
last time i measured it was 23% body fat.... today its 20.8%!!!!
12.3kg is fat, so 27 lbs! im amaazed... didnt expect that drop there!
