As I have fat-measuring scales I have decided to analyse what proportion of my weight loss is fat. I have done this for a 19-week period, well into my diet so it's not skewed by the initial fast weight loss we get at the start of a diet.
In those 19 weeks I lost 25lb, of which 21lb was fat. So although my weight loss is disappointingly slow in some respects, I am very pleased how little of it has been lean tissue so far!
I'd be very interested to hear from anyone else who has analysed in this way?
