Anyone NOT new to CD want a buddy?

totally know the feeling! I stalled this week, but I did eat out twice last week. I am still not eating carbs but have upped other food intake, I suppose I should be grateful that I haven't put on. But a loss would be nice!
 
Hi everyone, also had a blip on thursday, fell off the wagon and ate some chocolate and crakers and cheese, back on the wagon now but feel I have spoiled weight loss for this week as also totm, which is probably why I crabed chocolate and carbs on thursday!
