Todays Diary:
Red Day

Breakfast:
French toast made with 2 slices Nimble bread <hexB> , 2 banana's, 2 eggs, canderel, fry light.

Lunch:
4 x 95% Fat Free Sausages <4 syns> 2 x Nimble bread <Hex B> 2 x Laughing cow light triangles <3 Syns> Macdonalds garden side salad without the dressing <free> Apple

Dinner:
Chilli con carne with tortilla chips, made with:
Extra lean mince beef, 1 x 28g packet of tangy cheese Doritos <7 syns> 56g Extra mature cheddar <Hex A x 2> passata, mushrooms, onions, garlic salt, chilli powder, fry light.

Mullerlight tangerine yoghurt.......

Snack: Grapes

Total syns for the day: 14 syns.......

It is also TOTM started today, so think I have done well to stick to the plan and not to have binged on Choc!! Well done me!!
 
Hi Everyone, I have not gone again, but am not posting on here for a couple of days, because I am ill, and therefore am not able to really face food much, so am just eating what I can at the moment, but the minute I am better I will be back......x
