Shoebe poor cat, hope she'll get well soon, they go down hill very quickly don't they? My cat was neutered before i had her off my sister, she's nearly 16 now. Yes it's hard to keep them in when they want out
Weather her very humid this morning has a few very light showers this PM tho.

Jax, just back from town, took my bar with me, watching family having Paninis lol bought some clothes, i know i l know, i should wait, but did buy a new bra in a smaller size, well chuffed, even tho it's only one size smaller. That fat looks horrendous, and u have lost more than that!!!!!!!! Clyde looks lovely, and ur cat shoebe. I'm not going out tonight for a meal, am having exante shepherds pie lol. Bet ur looking forward to ur omellete tomoro?

Jeanette why not treat yourself to new clothes its only natural that you want to show off your new improving shape ( and smaller boobs) bet your well chuffed with the new bra!

Ha ha am egg-static a blinking omelette! How easily pleased am I. Just trying to think what to put in it? I've got some frozen spinach and maybe a bit tomato. So that's me on the food and no shakes how time flies.

Are you not going to see your friend Jeanette? I thought it was tonight for your meal? I know Shoebe is tonight too.

Shepherds pie are you allowed any veg with it? Or just the pie?

I've made tomato/red pepper and basil soup bit fed up with green soup. But made sliced beef stir fry for tea. Will have soup later.

Well time to do the dishes and go and see mates baby.

Went last night, i had chicken!!!! and salad (again, i'll be clucking soon) chicken was done in an tomato and onion and mushroom thin sauce, so just had chicken, did have one small glass of wine, couldn't say no really as it was a bottle we bought back from when we were away, so we all had a glass.

Re the shepherds pie, it looks like baby food lol, but am going to add herbs, some bullion and a touch of salt to make less bland. Why not add some onion and mushrooms? i usually cook them both in micro with some fry light and then put in omelette?

Home again did the 2 miles each way and up that bloody hill. Jon offered me a lift but refused every bit of walking helps. Just shoved in earphones and bit of ACDC and powered up it . Had Clyde out for his last stroll. Going to have some soup then off to bed.

Wnt have onions /mushrooms just yet as high carbs.

Morning Down 2lbs ... Happy with Dat especially after meal last nite .... Goin 2 try and do 100% for d wk ahead. Off to town as have dentist check up today Bringin kids .... As need 2 get uniforms, workbks, school bags etc No retail therapy 4 me... Have 2 much already dat Dont fit so gotta shake this w8 ?

I've got fat fighters weigh in at 10.30 -11. Then go and get the hair sorted out the food shopping (all the things I dnt eat) for Tom coming home tomoz. Beer wine cheese bread etc! He always wants spaghetti Bol for tea on Friday (home made with Brie and crackers to follow! Then it's cooked breakfasts with fresh bread.

As it is final official weigh in tilt return I am bit nervous to be "left to my own devices" for 5 weeks. Big gulp!

Well final pre hol weigh in at fat fighters and I lost 2 1/2lb which takes me to 61lb. . Plus T.o.m. due on or just after weekend.

Jeanette well done still. Next week will be ma hoo sive! For sure and your body is adjusting to new food stuff.

Over the moon Jeanette just wanted to get to 60lb but happy to be over. I know what you mean about eating. Since started food am constantly clock watching for meals! Didn't happen when on shakes.

No we go Sunday evening at 7.45. So Tom is collecting everyones cases at lunchtime and I have to do a Sunday roast with trimmings as his sis is coming for lunch too. Then Clyde is off to Doms to start his hols.

I treated myself today at sainsburys to a new pair of jeans size 14 they fit perfectly no breathing in to do up either and I can bend over too . I want them for the plane to and from hols. If I can get them on in 4 weeks time I will be happy.
I usually get weighed in my lsports leggings and t shirt but as I was going to get hair done and shopping I got dressed.

Put on my market white size 16 Capri pants I got a while back and they are v loose. That size 16 top which am sure had the wrong size in it fits too. Although I think it's still little tight round bust. Think I better try on few more holiday clothes before I pack on Sunday morning. Rather to be bit loose than a bit tight

Had first shake at 7 this mornin Was rushin so used a small bit of water and ate it with a spoon, had slim fast bar at 3.30 Was Starvin at 4.30 so had goats cheese salad with pine nuts while kids had ice cream 'twas scrum Awaitin bus home
Won't b fit 4 much when we get home unless I get a new lease of life .. Ha ha Tired out!!
Gotta glug water when I get home as only managed 11/2 today and one bottle of coke zero and one bottle of Pepsi max ... Needed d caffeine
Back on straight and narrow tomoro
Think TOTM comin 4 me 2 ... Since Xmas its gone from being every 28 days down to 26 then 24 and last one was 21 .... Asked lady in Holland and Barratt shop and she recommended Agnus Cactus so bought some today Fingers crossed it works Apologies if TMI

Ha ha ?Ur gas!! Tis grand if Ur at home but awful annoying when Ur in town!! My daughter has weak kidneys so goes a lot... Handy when I need 2 go but a pure pain when Im in Primark! Der should b toilets in every shop!!

Made myself walk 3km when I got home... Fair play 2 Jaxtar ... Keep picturing Dat heap of fat!! Has made me determined 2 try harder 2 shift mine!!!

Run out of the way and Tom just phoned to say he will be home to drop off work stuff in 30 mins so will wait til he has dropped off stuff to do exercises as I would be mid DVD. He has to go into work for an hour so give me time to do it.

Last load if Toms dirty laundry nearly finished. It's a glorious day so all 3 lines are in use. Then have it all to iron and store away. Somewhere!

Had to cook 2 huge bacon doorsteps already!

Me and Clyde went round the park while feast was being devoured greedy man

He is now having 40 winks as he left at 2.30 to drive the Tarmac wagon home and then take it to the yard.

So going to walk into town to leave them in peace and keep me sane
