Anyone tried or is doing shake that weight vlcd?

Morning both, shoebe its hard sometimes to get back on track after holidays. Hope u hav a great time at panto.
Andrea, headache is normal at the start of this diet, I read that its a carb withdrawal. Drink plenty of water. Try having one of ur shakes hot

Hey.. Panto was brilliant.. Laughed my head off!! Went on for 3 hrs so ended up eatin d celebrity slim bar.. Lookin 4ward 2 a hot shake when I get home...
Went into Tesco and d meal replacement bars are 3 for 2 so I got 9 boxes for d price of 6 ... Bargain... Way handier for me for work... Can eat half at 12.30 and d other half at 2.10... As think fasting from 8-3 wasn't helpin last wk..
Hopin I have d willpower to stay off d scales til next Sun...

Hi shoebe, glad u enjoyed urself. Yes I agree that fasting to long between meals, only makes u eat anything and everything when u do eat :(, now ur breaking ur meals up u should be able to stick to it.

Oh u naughty thing ya... U Shouldve had ham or cheese in d Omlette instead of d bread ... But sure one wee slice of toast Wudnt do much harm as its low cal... So no worries... At least it was scrummy!! :) bet it was brown bread and not white...???
Here cookin a fry for der dinner... Sausages, rashers, mushrooms, potatoes and baked beans... D smell is smthg else... I've just had a cup of bouillon .. It has heated me up... Freezin cold today.. Probably have frost tonight! D joys!!

Been emptying down her this afternoon, and very cold! Sick of the rain now, wouldnt mind if it was freezing if we could hav some blue skies, just fed up of the wind and rain!:(
I bet the smell was scrumptious, I could get fat on just the smell :D its the same with burger vans, never buy off them, but the smell????:D
Had my porridge for breakfast, and a bar for lunch, will prob hav soup at 7pm. Hav had a small bit of wafer thin ham and some pickle onions/baby gherkins just now tho:eek:

D cold doesn't help... I've had an extra bar... As Didnt find d red bean chilli filling.. How do u cook urs? I put some freshly boiled water from d kettle over it and mash it up with a fork and then microwave it for a min... Am I doin smthg wrong?
Hot shakes seem way more filling...

Not really a fan of herbal tea, hav a mug of tea in pm, more lately now its colder, or bouillon.
I put chilli in air tight lidded container, and soak with lid on for 5 mins or so. Then micro for 2 mins. I bought a lidded container in asda, about the size u put porridge in, with a hole in top for steam, its marvelous for both porridge, soup and meals. Only 3 pound

Ha ha re rain, its usually other way round, what u get today we get 2moro:D frosty here this morning but damp and cloudy, no rain YET lol.
Had my porridge for breakfast then bar and mug tea for lunch. Will prob hav pasta carbonara for tea.
Was looking at burgen soya and linseed bread, small loaf is 90 cals and 9g carbs, which I thought good as normal sliced bread is 18 g carbs!!! Bought some to put in freezer, for when I cant resist lol :D or for a treat on weigh in days!

Tiredness came over me so I conked it on d couch...lazy me... Hubby cooked din 4 d kids.. Oops!!
Great to see a stretch in d evenin... Bright until after 5... Can't wait 4 d time change... Makes such a difference!!
Must change out of my work clothes and march around d house ( outside if its dry) for 20mins... Still writing down Everythg ... Really helps!!
Need 2 drink way more water... D colder d day, d harder it is 2 drink water!!

I usually hav radio on (if nothing much on tv) and either read, or on the pc.
Off to town friday this week, as my dad has hospital appointment. Not to bothered, as supposed to be awful 2moro :(
Was going to hav a mug of slimatee 2nite, as hadn't been to toilet (TMI I know :eek:) but I must hav frightened my body, as 10 mins after thinking it, I had to rush to toilet :D

My Mam went to see a knee consultant this mornin as she's in agony and can't sleep... She's had 2 knee replacements .. First one was perfect but she's had no comfort with d second one... Awful burnin... She got legions removed last June and it improved for a bit... He's goin 2 remove more by keyhole surgery and if Dat doesn't work he'll replace d knee again.. Hopin it won't come to Dat as its major surgery and chances of infection r huge!!!
Im a divil 4 flicking channels until I find smthg ... Id be better off havin an early night!!
A program started last wk... Operation transformation... 5 people who want to lose weight... U might be able to see it on rte player... First weigh in tonight and tomoro night.. Hopin I drop weight too as usually watch it for d ten wks and lose nothin... Some villages set up walkin groups as r inspired!!
Big bro and partner r flyin into Dub tonight... Hope he gives me gud notice b4 comin to visit ... As need 2 scrub d place and get food in.. D joys!!
No plans 4d wkend yet... Kids have piano lessons from 11-12 on a Sat morn ... Pure pain but no other time available... Hubby wants to test drive more cars so Ill have 2 bring dem 2 der lesson.. Men and cars... Takes dem 4ever 2 make up der mind which car they like...
I Luv mini coopers but der far too expensive .. Think Suzuki Swift look similar so got one Dat was a Japanese import... 'twas a few yrs old .. Low mileage ... Does d trick!! Ha ha I Cudnt be Thinkin about it for a yr or two!!
 
My mam has had hip replacements on both, going ok at the moment as well. Hope ur Mam will be ok, not a nice thing to have sone again, as knees are more awkward than hips, will have to have a look at that prog, as i watch all the weight loss progs :D just been watching weight loss hospital on ITV, following people who have had surgery or going to have surgery. I love to see how they look afterwards, do you?

Hope ur visit goes ok with ur brother, especially re ur parents.

I have a Ford escort, 06, i dont drive far, so its done 40 odd thousand miles. i will have had it 3 years this year.

Was thinking of going to Pilates, what do u think? not at the moment as have a bad bad back since the weekend, thought losing weight was good for ur back? praps its less padding???? :D
 
Pilates is supposed 2b gr8 2 strengthen Ur core muscles... I think d lion dancing wud b more fun.. B-) whichever u fancy!!! Just did circles of d Hse in d pelting rain and am soaked thro... Is der any end 2 it??? Cudnt walk up drive way to our gate as Tarmac covered in twigs and its too dark 2 see dem .. I must get d wheelbarrow and pick dem up after work tomoro instead of havin a siesta ..
I got my car 2 yrs ago and its 08... Government made d tax on cars cheaper once they were 08 or newer.. Id be scared silly in a brand new car...

I hope we haven't inherited arthritis... Id hate to have a joint replaced.. ... Did u ever have a dexo scan? I did 5 yrs ago ... Supposed 2 take calcium as have some osteoporosis in my spine... They tasted disgusting and gave me foul wind ( apologies TMI) so don't bother... Ders probably some in d multivitamin I take plus Id say d shakes have calcium ... B-)

Morning shoebe, well I weighed and .......lost 4lb!!!! Very pleased, thats 15 lb in 2 weeks!! Only another 8lb and I will be down to the 13's (st) can't wait lol, i'm wishing my life away :D
How r u today? Fine but cloudy here at the moment.
My mam made a pork,cheese and onion meatloaf sunday gave me a tiny bit, (on a saucer lol) so will for a treat, hav it instead of a pack for tea, with a small portion of green beans which I froze (mam cleaned them lol :D)
