anyone tryed t5 tablets? while on vlcd?

    If youre doing a VLCD then theres no point, and no benefit to taking slimming tablets.

    im on CD step 2 so still eat a bit but i only have one meal so have took a tablet a day to stop me being hungry till tea time

    You really shouldnt mix them, if youre following CD properly you should still be in ketosis, if youre in ketosis and hungry, itll pass quickly. Slimming pills dont work.. save your money.

    a freind only gave me 6 so only got 4 left now, and they make me not hungry tho, also step 2 hard to be in ketosis so ive been told but not sure as 2 sticks i tested were pink :)

    If your pink, youre in ketosis. Those tablets are primarily a fat burner, thats what ketosis does. Its not worth it. If you google them theres a lot of unpleasant side effects to them. Just stick to CD

    Those things are horrid!!! Although back when i tried them they were much stronger because it was before the law changed and they had to make them weaker.

    You may aswell just take speed to curb your appetite lol

    Ugh, speed. A ridiculous drug, cut with all sorts of stuff you can't imagine.

    Anyway, from what I know about VLCDs, I can't imagine it can be healthy to take slimming tablets. So...don't.
