well my first weigh in on sunday for my 3 week challenge, Im not sure what it will be but I have been good and its TOTM so any loss for me on these weeks are great.
My aim is to get under 21 stone in these 3 weeks it shouldnt be hard as im only 8lb away.......!

How is everyone doing today?

By the way don't be twitchy about the 3 week thing, some of us are joining in and weighing on different days so we can keep the thread going as long as we need to. Maybe even extend it if it turns out to be helping any of us!

I always find saturdays hard, but so far so good today! need to drink more (as always) but its 1250, I've had one food pack and 1.25litre H2o and a savoury drink. Keeping 3 packs till later does seem to help in the evenings and actually last night I ended up having a 'double' soup as I didn't have time to have 2 different packs!

I spent about an hour and a half this morning drawing a graph! My LLc suggested some sort of visual showing my actual loss, and what might have been had I stuck to it and an estimate may help me. So I have used 2 pages in my scrapbook to show my loss. Its quite clear how it all messed up just after my 100 days were up!. I could have been finished by now if I stuck to it since christmas, and estimating 2.5 pounds a week I should be finished mid april! Hopefully if I do the job properly I'll be done before that. I am also going to take her up on the offer of dropping in for a weigh and go on a monday (my class is thursday) to try and keep me on track. It will be easy just now as hubby is here but I may not be able to continue that later as I have my 2 yr old to put to bed just at the time her doors open!

I definately don't want to be sitting her typing on my computer in April saying again 'I could have been done by now'.....

Well, I hope all you girls are having a good day, and if you are thinking about eating anything, just look at it and ask yourself (as I am starting to) 'is it worth an extra week?' because thats invariably what it ends up as!

Hey everybody!

How are you all today? Struggling through the weekend as always like me?

Well I've managed to stick to it so far this weekend, so I'm very pleased, and hoping to be good all day too!

Got my hair cut yesterday, going to try and work out how to store photos on minimins so you all can see! I like it lots, and I got red highlights but I doubt if they'll show up on the pic, really nice though.

Today, Hubby is away off road driving (we normally go, but decided against today what with no toilets and would have to frequently 'go' behind trees...)

So Hannah and me are going for a visit to my parents. We will also see my sister and 3 of her children as they are all staying with my Mum at the mo. (long and complicated story...)

Its a 90 minute drive, so I'll not be drinking much before I go, I'll need to try and drink a lot when I arrive and then stop again a couple of hours before I leave so I can make it home lmao! I'm also going to stop off on the way to buy hair straighteners, which my hairdresser assures me will make my 'new do' splendid! hee hee

I'm like a kid lol, I haven't really changed my hair in about 8 years, even now its not a REALLY drastic change but I still keep going to look in the mirror rofl!

No I'm not vain ....I don't think.....

Anyways enough about me, anyone out there? Tell us whats going on good or bad in your life, we will read and respond I promise, even if is just with 'well dones' and 'cyber hugs'

hello everyone, well my third week is over ,it all went fine and to plan, had 7 litres some days but 1 day only drunk the 3 so i still need to make sure i drink consistantly.
Had my weigh in last night and lost another 8 pounds so that brings me to 28 pounds in 3 weeks, am more than happy with that and feel positive that i can make this work.

Mags hope to see your hair it sounds great! if you get straighteners try the ghd ones they are so so good

Well Done Sonja and Natayou!!! Great results both of you!

Well I am really pleased I have stuck to it properly all weekend! As I type I am making my last food pack of the day into crisps and I'm looking forward to em too!

Had a nice day with my family and bought a set of hair straighteners. Thanks for the suggestion Natayou I have heard GHD are the best ones but my budget really couldn't stretch that far:sigh: ..... However, I purchased a set of 'mark Hill' morphy richards ones, reduced from £80 to £53 in boots and they are great! Tried em out at me Mums! They are adjustable and I only needed the heat up to about 160 and they worked perfect, they also got the seal of approval from my 14 yr old niece who used them today as well and she now wants a set just the same.

Oh well, back to work tomorrow.....

I'm starting today, my head is definitely in the right place. After suffering with this cold/infection fluey thing for two weeks now and being on two courses of antibiotics, I wake up this morning and my throat hurts. I can't believe its still going on. I have a friend who had the same thing and it lasted 4 weeks for her. Well, at least my chest isn't all congested as it has been, so I guess the antibiotics have done their job. During the last two weeks I have managed to gain 10lbs!!!! I am now weighing in at 11st 10 lbs. I have eaten for England and yet my friend who had the same thing (and also my brother) said that they didn't feel like eating! So although I am not 100% better, I am starting today on SS with CD. (I lost 3 stone on LL from October to Xmas, so I know I can do it). Wish me luck!

You sound as though you are ready for starting. You may find having the packs help with how you are feeling as they contain all of the vitamins etc that we need.

I don't know how to phrase this really.

I could say that I've had a bad week. But really this isn't true because I've had a great week of socialising with family and friends. So as a result I haven't lost any weight this week.

Soz to hear hun... I'm afraid that I've had a rubbish few days (dieting wise), so I may well put on this week - I have come on as well, so this may affect it. My weigh in is on Weds, so I'll confess all and update then. Hopefully I won't have backward progress. I'm not going to forget this challenge... I so desperately want to see the scales hit 12 something!
