Anyone use chopped tomatoes in this curry recipe?

Hey, I'm wanting to do a curry tonight with our left over chicken from our roast yesterday - any idea if i can include chopped tomatoes in this one? and if so where to add it

Don't see why not - I use them in most of my curry recipes. You'd probably need less yoghurt though.

I would add the toms at the same time as the stock in step 2. I'd probably add less stock though, to make up for the liquid coming from the tomatoes

Fresh tomatoes will need more cooking time that's all.. X
