anyother 30day shredders?

its a jillian micheals dvd you can lose 20lbs in 30days if you do it everyday

i dont do it everyday cos i attend all sorts of classes as well

but its really good for toning

I wouldn't say I'm all that fit, do you think I would be able to do any of it? I don't want to buy it and just give up because I can't do it at all.

i bought it and haven't got round to doing it yet! well I did do 5 mins of level one and thought I was going to pass out.

I ordered the DVD a few days ago and it arrived this morning, I am looking forward to(/slightly scared of!) giving it a go :)

Sorry to keep updating on this, but this morning I didn't ache half as much as I'd thought I might after my first attempt at level one, just can feel it in the front of my thighs. Good stuff, I liked the DVD and think I'll be sticking with it for a few weeks :)
