    Ingredients

    ½ small mango (75g), peeled and sliced
    100g (approx 4) strawberries, hulled
    200ml apple juice
    Sprig of fresh mint

    Method

    1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.
