April starter

I have just re re read my diary and as it has been over a year, I thought I would update for myself incase I am still continuing on some sort of diet as reading back has strangely helped.
I have been maintaining between 9st 7 and 9st 10 for a year. As I am short so that is still in the overweight at just over 25bmi. But I do not care as if this is the weight I can maintain it is better than the yo yo. I am not sure if I know how to eat if I get to goal so by coming up short means I can remain on a form of diet and removes temptation. It is my security blanket that I am not ready to remove because I have failed too many times.
The positives are I am now running 10k very easily. I do not need a wardrobe of different size clothes. I only weigh once a month (from more than once a day). Apart from running I no longer buy anything with Lycra as my clothes are my tape measure. It has been difficult to throw away skinny jeans but they are a weakness to me.
