Going to make the SW Victoria sponge cake recipe tonight! Excited united at the thought of an entire cake for just 12 syns!! Haha

Feel so bloated this week...don't feel like I'm losing at all! :(

D: BBQ tonight so went and bought myself some quorn treats!
2 quorn red onion burgers (free!), 2 rolls (heb), quorn sausages (free), big green salad and coleslaw (2 syns)

Can't believe I can't have a BBQ virtually syn free! Yum! Will report Bk later n let u know how nice the quorn items were!

I did also buy quorn Frankfurters but will try them tomorrow night I reckon. (only 1.5 syns each! Barg)

I will be snacking on fruit today: orange, banana and apple

Im gonna treat myself later to a can of cidre :) yum but at 10 syns it's shocking!! Will mix with diet lemonade so I can effectively have 2!

Had a good food day today and a good day all round! Spent all day in the park in the sunshine with my girlie :) perrrrrfect!!

Off to Somerset tomorrow (middlemoor lake) jet skiing!! So that should be interesting hey.

Another packed lynch which I've made tonight but will of course don't diary for tomorrow, tomorrow :D xxx

I've survived my first week Bk on SW
And have felt no temptations whatsoever! The twister lollies and options hot chocolate are now my secret weapon lol! And I did it all on just 63 syns!!! So proud :)

Will post tomorrow with the WI results!! Horray

Great start to the week.
Scales kept jumping between two numbers so it could be 3.5 lbs but my scales don't show half lbs...

Not eating to plan today due to having weighed this morning and I am going to be using this as my one day per week where I can eat what I like...without going too crazy!! So from now on I will be 6 days a week on SW with one day off. (100 syns per week) we will see how the results with losses go before I give up my one day food fest lol

Just been googling flexible syns/saving Syns and I might just experiment this week by deducting my daily syns from my weekly allowance rather than sticking to the 5-15 per day??
I've only got 6 days on plan this week as I had a day off on WI day which I was planning in doing long term. But, now I may WI in the morning, stick to plan all day then maybe have some treats on the evening?

What does everyone else think/do??
