Hi guys, just back from the gym, I did a 45 minute aqua aerobics class, I'm thinking of doing 3 per week, Tuesdays am & pm and Thursday pm.
I am waiting to have my cartilage done so can't do running etc so I thought water type exercise would be better.
Do you think 3 classes a week is enough? Not sure I could fit anymore in around work
