I was under the impression that the blue dragon sauces in the sachet packs (120 g) were very low in syns, but now I am getting concerned that that information is wrong. Can anyone tell me the syns for:
Blue Dragon Stir Fry Sauce Sweet Soy and Roasted Red Chilli;
Blue Dragon Stir Fry Sauce Chow Mein; and
Blue Dragon Stir Fry Sauce Sweet Chilli and Garlic?
Using them a lot but would use regular Soy Sauce instead if they are high in Syns.

They're all pretty high, I think due to sugar and oil content.

oops glad i searched blue dragon, ive just had the sweet chilli and garlic with a stirfry, shared it with BF thank god! i thought the quite low syn value. Must check before i eat! lol x

I like the hoi sin and garlic one which I believe it 9 syns per serving. If you share it with someone, or have it over 2 days, it's only 4.5 syns which I think it's ok as it's really filling and yummy! Does anyone know if there are any other stir fry sauces that are lower in syns? xx

Don't think there would be anything lower than the pouches unless you make your own, but I'm not 100% sure. Personally I like the black bean which is only 3 syns each if you share it. Definitely worth it if you want to knock up a quick tasty stir fry!

Some aren't too bad, especially if you are only having half a sachet at a time. Chinese sauces are always quite high, unless you make your own, and some are good for what they are.
