Original Are Noodles healthy extras or synned?

    They will be synned, you can't have pasta or noodles as a HE on a red day.

    Online its says you can have 100g of wholewheat pasta on a red day as a healthly extra B? i am very confused now.... any help anyone??

    Yes you can have pasta as a HE on a red day but it has to be wholemeal, it's rice and noodles that you can't have as a HE on a red day

    And 100g of cooked pasta is not a lot - to be honest it's not worth wasting a HEB on it.
