    Hi Daisy
I use one and as far as I'm aware they are fine. My weight losses have been fine. I am really conscious of my breath and even carry a toothbrush and paste around with me!

Breathsprays doesn't have anything to say while on any kind of diet. Also sugarfree chewing gum is to recommend as it's not from your mouth the smell comes from. It's the ketones burning fat and comes from your stomach which can be very tricky to treat. You could try peppermint capsules unless you have GERD or any other reflux illnesses.

Good luck covering up that ketose-breath!

Yes I checked with my Cambridge Consultant and breath sprays are fine. She also said I could use sugar free chewing gum but only for a max of 5 minutes

My dentist also recommended a tongue scraper! It's great, couldn't live without it now.
