Are we allowed...

...a small amount of gravy made with bisto and just hot water? Also, mint sauce? In case you haven't guessed...I'm having my fave tonight which I haven't had for a long time, roast lamb (obviously cooked without fat etc). I'm going to try your cauliflower recipe to go with my veggies BL too. Looking forward to it very much!! xx

I would think the mint sauce might be OK - theres no fat in it - just mint and vinegar really innit? Maybe a bit of suger, but not much byt the taste of it?

The gravy - I wold be cautious about that - not sure what is in it but it may contain fat?

Enjoy your meal - sounds great and i hope you like the Cauliflower. Bear in mind - it does taste like caluiflower, not potatoes - but the consistancy is very satisfying. Add a wee bit of milk to start - add more if you need, but better thickish then water.
