Hi there.

This section is always quiet!

I am doing a mixture of calorie counting and low GI, partly for 'health' but also to keep refined carbs to the minimum. They stimulate my appetite.

I don't follow any set plan, nor read tables or lists or count anything but estimated calories. I hate all that, now!
